“Clean, secure and welcoming place”
+The stay at Traum House was wonderful and is totally recommendable. Raj and Carina (the hosts) are very hospitable and helpful. The hostel is located close to UWI and is very secure. Also it is quiet and clean. I came for a research stay, stayed for nearly three weeks and it was perfect. If you would like to visit St. Augustine, you should definitely consider booking a room in Traum House. I am very thankful for the experience.
−Everything was great.

+I enjoyed my stay at Traum House, the location, the fact that the rooms were fully equipped for everyday living (I was actually able to prepare full meals) and it felt very safe. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The older gentleman who owns it was very hospitable & kind, he drove us down to the supermarket on our first day and waited while we bought our stuff. They also assisted with taxi services before we hired a vehicle to get around. I fully reccommend Traum House as the place to stay while in Trinidad. I would definitely stay there again!
−I was fine with everything.

“Quiet, serene and secure little haven.”
+I absolutely love the security and privacy.
−There wasn't anything to dislike. The hosts were amazing and super helpful. Intervened with assistance in a medical situation with my daughter which I really appreciated since I was in a strange place seeking medical attention for her with not much knowledge of the medical landscape. They really went out of their way to assist in whatever way they could.

−A room in a wilderness of overgrown grass and greenery. Pool hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Path to our unit was a challenge to negotiate

“A perfect home away from home”
+This is where I will always call a home away from home. I really enjoyed my stay and I will always choose this place anytime I'm in Trinidad 🇹🇹. The warm reception with a wonderful orientation to the house and its environs. The level of hygiene is top notch. Clean and well ventilated spaces. Staying here is worth the amount paid for.
−I cannot point out a single thing I didn't like.
