“I stayed here in 2024 and it was very good, sad to say that a year later its gone down. 2/10”
+The only good thing about this place is the location
−The staff, unfriendly, often times I greet them they would ignore. Breakfast was terrible and often ended before the time i was given. The bathroom had a weird sewage smell too.

+The accommodation is excellent, and I appreciate the place, with its great staff and pleasant atmosphere: a nice breakfast and a lot of variety in the hotel.
−I like everything about the place. And I will still go back there every time and stay, and also recommend the place for friends and family.

“My stay was good, even with the experience with the unpleasant restaurant staff. I like the hotel.”
+I like the size of the room. The front desk staff were really nice, and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Good place for a young lady travelling along for work.
−Their room service/restaurant phone operator was rude. She ended up taking the wrong order, and they refused to refund my money. On the day I was checking, I requested for the refund but they coerced me to spend the money on something else instead of getting my money back. I didn't have a choice but confirm. I didn't like that. Also their breakfast buffet options were super limited, boring and bland.
