“Amazing staff, facilities and location”
+The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The hotel has an excellent location and great facilities. The bed was the perfect size, and the room was cleaned daily. The room was a perfect size for a couple, although very large suitcases might make it a little difficult to unpack. The breakfast was a good way to start the day, with an attempt to cater to everyone, although it was more focused on an American-style breakfast. I would only improve it by adding a greater variety of fruit, as well as ham and cheese to complement the bread and bagels.
−Not much to say, but a few points stood out: The rooms are very well soundproofed, but this is somewhat compromised when you hear doors closing/slamming in the corridors. This seems to be due to the gap between the doors and the floor - perhaps a fire safety requirement - which allows some noise to come through. Some guests also aren’t particularly considerate at night. The AC is noticeable when it’s running, but it’s still perfectly comfortable to sleep with it on. I had seen some comments about the elevators, but we didn’t have any problems at all. Waiting a few minutes isn’t an issue - the longest we waited was around 5 minutes on one occasion. There was also a staff member managing the elevators during breakfast, which is probably an improvement they’ve introduced. Considering the price, the location is really what makes the stay worthwhile.

“Highly recommend, a good place and location for the price and location in NYC.”
+Location was excellent with a subway stop next door, good variety at breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, kitchenette, daily room service. We stayed for 12 nights.
−Lifts can be slow, not a lot of room for two cases, but can be managed.

+The location was great, and the room was clean. We did not use the kitchen but it was full kitchen.
−There was no space to have luggage, and the closet was very small. The area around the bed is also pretty narrow, so a suitcase cannot fit it. We did not use the kitchen and although it was fully equipped there was no working place in case someone wants to cook. We ended up keeping the suitcase standing and closed, so it was very inconvenient every time we had to take something out. The bathroom was also very small with very limited space to fit personal items.
