“Lovely location with exceptional spa and great staff!”
+The spa is spectacular and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The suite was lovely and had everything we needed.
−The booking process for the restaurant was sub par. You need a reservation and when we tried to call to make one we kept getting a voicemail. We were not able to eat at the restaurant as a result.

“Relax getaway”
+Location and view the suit we got fully equipped They upgraded us from superior king room to one bed room suite I liked the coffee (to upgrade to dark roasted bean more coffee taste)and muffin in the morning
−I know it's end of summer season but only one restaurant one pool no coffee shop or snack bar. I noticed the unit need deep cleaning kitchen cabinet and drawers we couldn't use before washing and wipe the cabinets . The frig rubber on the door has mold . Need to pay attention to some cleaning to maintain it and keep in good condition . by the way the sectional was all stained

“The perfect home away from home with the bonus of a beautiful lake view.”
+Even though it was noisy outside (I was right above the restaurant) once I closed the door, I could barely hear anything. The enclosed balcony allowed me to enjoy sitting “outside” even though it was raining.
−I have no complaints about the property.

“I loved the swimming dock and how quiet and not overcrowded was the resort”
+I loved the different activities with the resort especially the swimming dock. We never left the property during our stat.
−The balconies are very close to each other with no barriers so balcony didn’t feel private plus we had terrible neighbours who didn’t clean up their tables of food which attracted animals and bugs. They were loud until 2am in the balcony which we could hear even through closed windows.

“Beautiful location.”
+The location in the lake is great. The view is amazing and it’s close to town
−Needs some TLC. The beach pool was closed but it’s also quite small. The trees in front of the infinity pool block the view, the shower curtain was moldy, not enough umbrellas on the beach.

“Traumhafte Zeit am See”
+Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption. Toll ist, dass man sich Kanus einfach nehmen kann und rauspaddeln. Kleiner, feiner Wellness-Bereich. Wunderbare Lage am See.
−Bisschen mehr in die Ecken putzen.
