+Location , pajama , Ice Coco
−The bathtub drains extremely slowly, and the housekeeping staff didn’t do a very thorough job cleaning the bathroom.

“Exceptionally small, expensive room.”
+The proximity to Ueno station makes this a very favorable hotel for travelers.
−The room was advertised as a luxury room, and the price reflected that; however, what we encountered was a minuscule room with about 1 foot on 2 sides of the bed, and a tiny bathroom. This would have been ok if the price and the listing photos reflected the reality of the room. We felt misled. Additionally, there was a very strong smell of damp and mildew. I would not stay here again.

“Good Value Great Location”
+Location was fantastic. Close to Ueno Station, great jump off spot to take trains to any place in Tokyo. Ameyoko Market is right across the street! Comfortable beds, quiet at night.
−Not so much didn't like, being North American, getting used to. Room and bathroom are very small. No clothes or luggage storage, Hotel policy is room cleaned every 3rd day but you can put Clean Room sign on door for cleaning on off days. You put your towels and garbage outside door before 2pm and they hang a bag with fresh towels and water on the outside of your door. Felt odd the first day but it works well.
