“Expensive for what it was, misleading booking information on booking.com”
+Very basic, but has all you need.
−When selecting the room it very specifically says on booking.com "sea view" as well as "terrace." This is not just in the main listing for the property, but the room itself. We were very disappointed when we showed up and there was no view and no terrace. The manager of the property brushed this off as if it were our fault, highlighting that there is a sea view and a terrace shared amongst all guests. We specifically booked a place with a view and terrace as I am 6 months pregnant and needing a lot of rest but still wanted to enjoy where we were. We arrived too late to change our accommodation so we stayed one night and left the next day. There was also no toilet paper.

“10/10 stay! Would recommend to anyone”
+The location was perfect - in a quiet spot but still very close to all the restaurants and bars Lagos has to offer. Walking to the beach is very doable, the closest one being a 15 minute walk. Also, the balcony in our room was incredible. Such amazing views over the city, it was nice to chill up there and read. Finally, Rita was amazing! She was so helpful and gave us a lot of advice on what to do around the city. :)

“Great location, spacious room and amazing terrace!”
+The terrace is superb! We had a bottle of wine there every night because of the view and quietness. Great location to walk to town and not be bothered by noise. Just a 5 minute walk to the main square and streets to have a meal, and not a long walk to reach the nearest beach. Even the cliffs are at a walkable distance! Train station is a 15 min walk which is very convenient too. Great communication with the host before, during and after our stay! Thanks for having us!
−The bedroom can get a bit hot but there were 2 powerful fans to stay fresh. There was an AC machine but did not know how to use it properly, so we stuck with the fans and was aright!

“Great location, beautiful property, super lovely and helpful host”
+The property had everything we needed! A lovely bedroom with separate living area and bathroom, the kitchen upstairs had all the equipment needed and a lovely balcony with views from both sides of the property so you can watch the sunrise and sunset. Rita was a fantastic host, she was warm, welcoming and had great communication. You can tell she genuinely cares that her guests have a great experience. Thank you for having us, Rita! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ☺️

“Incredible, would return here”
+Excellent property, great location, lots of space in the rooms within the individual units, incredible shared terrace and kitchen area.
−Sometimes got rather hot however a strong fan was given which worked excellently, TV did not work for us.

“Für einen Besuch von Lagos zu empfehlen”
+Lage: Das Haus liegt in der Altstadt von Lagos. Viele Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig erreichbar. Parken: Durch die Lage in der Altstadt ist ein Parken hier nicht möglich. Allerdings befindet sich zu Fuß in ca. zwei Minuten ein großer, kostenloser Parkplatz an der Stadtmauer, auf dem immer etwas frei ist. Zimmer: Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Balkon im zweiten Stock des Hauses. Dieses war funktionell ausgestattet, das Bett ist ausreichend breit und bequem. Das Zimmer war sauber. Empfang: Wir haben den Zugangscode vorher per WhatsApp erhalten, das hat sehr gut funktioniert. Fazit: Durch die Lage in der Altstadt eine gute Wahl für einen Aufenthalt in Lagos.
−Zum Zimmer führt eine steile und lange Treppe hinauf. Das ist gerade mit dem Gepäck mühselig. Im Zimmer fehlen Ablagemöglichkeiten, es gibt lediglich einen kleinen Ecktisch.

−Il faut savoir que c'est une cuisine partagée et dont l état depend des autres locataires. Il manque bouilloire service dans la chambre. Salle de bain sommaire. Cher pour ce qui est proposé hormis la situation géographique

+Der Check-in hat sehr schnell und spontan funktioniert. Unser Host war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und man hat einen super Blick über die Stadt.
