“Well....”
+Location was good
−Late check-in by 4 pm, shared areas weren't that clean, and the fan wasn't working properly, only one towel for two people.

“The best value for your money.”
+The metro is not far. In terms of value for money, this is the best option. It doesn’t promise more than what it is, and it was perfect for us. The owner is very helpful and so kind.
−There was a bit of dirt here and there, but as I mentioned, for this price you can’t expect a Hilton. If I ever return to Catania, I will come here again.

“He sold the place for which I paid to someone else.”
−The owner of the facility didn't meet us. He didn't answer my calls. We had to sleep on the street.

“it needs cleaning and No WiFi”
+the first impression was deceptive
−03/29/25 when we checked in we had no electricity for a couple of hours we tried to call the owner but he did not answer, then we called Booking.com and said our complaint about this case. After which the owner wrote in WhatsApp that he would be there in 10 minutes. Of course, the situation with electricity was resolved, but my complaint does not end there. 03/30/2025 I thought that I had a little cold, but it was a false alarm about health, the fact is that the apartments are not cleaned thoroughly and we found a lot of dust from which I had an allergy for the entire time we were in these apartments, also in the toilet it was partially dirty on the windowsills a lot of dust, next to the bathroom we also found mold and black stains a partially broken partition from which water gets on the floor and a puddle of water appears on the floor.

“Superb”
+The apartment has a great location - just a few minutes from Milo metro station and only 2 km walk to the historic city center. Our room was nice and clean - I really enjoyed big balcony and the overall retro vibe of the apartment - looks like it's from 70s (?) and has some retro furniture and decorations. Unfortunately, this also means it hasn't had any renovation since the 70s.
−The shared parts of the apartment - the bathrooms and the kitchen - weren't clean. The cleaning lady was lovely and she seemed to do her best, but I think it just needed more frequent and thorough cleaning and probably also some renovation. There was also a lot of old food in the fridge and the lady wasn't sure what she can throw out and what belongs to the guests. This could be easily solved by asking the guests to label their food.
