+Staff were great, only one card for power so air con only working when you are in the room, beds unfortunately were hard with average pillows. Fine for a quick stop over which for us it was. Pool was good but toilets around the pool were not kept well. Breakfast ok. Great value for what you get.

+Excellent stay with outstanding service! I had a wonderful stay at Top Residence in Surat Thani. The room and the entire property were super clean, and the swimming pool was lovely, especially with the jet swim feature. What really made this place stand out was the exceptional service. I had booked a taxi to the airport but accidentally left my sweater behind. The lady at reception was incredibly friendly and helpful. She arranged everything with the taxi driver, who came all the way back to deliver my sweater. That is what I call outstanding service! The staff are genuinely kind and go above and beyond to help their guests. Everything was well organised, and I felt very welcome. Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again. Great facilities, excellent cleanliness, and truly wonderful staff.

−Hi Reception! 😊 I just wanted to share some positive feedback about the lady who serves breakfast at the restaurant. She’s really lovely and attentive! On my first day, she noticed that I had banana with my breakfast. On the second day, even though she didn’t put on the table, she remembered and asked me if I wanted a banana. It’s a small gesture, but it shows that she really pays attention to the guests and remembers their preferences. This is really nice and worth letting your boss know. She made me feel that the guests are well looked after. Please pass on my compliments to her! 😊

“Top Residence, a lovely place to stay with a swimming pool that comes highly recommended.”
+Breakfast consists of a buffet with toast, two types of jam, bananas and a self-service Nespresso machine offering a selection of drinks, including various types of coffee, hot chocolate and tea. In addition, there is a selection of egg dishes available, all freshly prepared. The residence is situated in a quiet location and has a covered carport. It is only about a 20-metre walk to the main road. If you turn right and then right again after a few steps, there is a restaurant/nightspot with live music. You can also just have a drink if you don’t fancy dinner. The rooms are spacious, as is the bathroom with toilet. The wardrobe with sliding doors also offers plenty of storage space. If you’re travelling by car, you can reach restaurants - including those on the banks of the Tapi River - and cafés in just a few minutes’ drive. It’s best to use Google Maps for this.
−We stayed here two years ago. This time, however, we found the mattress a bit too hard. The pillows, on the other hand, were just right - not too hard and not too soft.

+L'ensemble correspond parfaitement à mes besoins, localisation, langues parlées, piscine, rapport qualité-prix, propreté et confort.
−2 remarques à mon sens, le matelas est assez ferme et l'isolation phonique de la porte de la chambre n'est pas optimale. Le couloir fait caisse de résonance et le matin très tôt ce peut être gênant. Il n'y a aucun joint entre la porte et l'encadrement. Détail certes mais petite gêne.
