“I will never come back here”
+I liked the location, the view from the rooftop
−I am very disapointed from our stay here, firstly, the room had a strong perfume smell that we did not appreciate, we went in the cold season as we saw in the pictures that they have heating not specifying if its not included in the room price, but when we arrived, they asked for an extra 150 MAD to get the heating on in the room, the bathroom had very poor lighting i could barely see myself in the mirror, there was no toiletpaper, also the staff were not on the required level of professionalism, the breakfast was less than our expectations, we were hoping for natural local goods. Luckly we stayed only one night here, then moved to another lodge that exceeded our expectations on all levels, and for the same price.

+Our stay in Tanaroz was absolutely wonderful! The place was comfortable, very clean, and offered a beautiful view from our room. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. A special mention to Sanae, who was exceptionally attentive to every detail and always ready to help and make sure we had everything we needed. Her kindness and professionalism truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Tanaroz and would be happy to come back! ❤️

Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier her kommen!
