“Flawless”
+This place is perfect, amazing ample room, clean, quiet, cheap, in a very Napolitan neighborhood. Unless you need top luxury (I don’t) this place is perfect.

“Overall a good property managed by a fantastic host - unfortunately lack of hot water was an issue”
+Wilson, the host was extremely friendly and helpful and also the staff who cleaned the apartment were super friendly. Zero complaints about their treatment, which was top notch. The location was quite central and value for money was very good. The local recommendations were all really good too.
−The main issue was that the hot water didn't work for the first night and wasn't restored until late afternoon of the next day. On subsequent days felt irregular heat too. The beds/pillows were not great quality or comfortable and the linen in one of the rooms was not very clean. The directions were fine, however, if driving it could be much clearer how to avoid very narrow paths which are near the property.

“Amazing stay in Naples”
+We stayed in a private room & bathroom & loved our stay. The hotel is incredibly clean, modern, and well looked after. The bed was very comfortable, spacious bathroom & modern bathroom, and Google TV which was nice for relaxing. The kitchen was also equipped with complimentary juices, beer, milk, and biscuits which was a lovely touch & felt so homely. The property is a little bit difficult to locate, however Wilson & his Aunty & Uncle were very helpful in assisting us during check-in.

“Pleasant stay with a wonderful host!”
+We stayed here for a 3-day stop during our holiday trip to Italy. Wilson, the host, contacted me a few days before our arrival and sent important information about the check-in process, as well as some useful tips regarding our stay in Naples. The room itself was very clean and equipped with everything you might need (including a Smart TV, personal hygiene products, and efficient air conditioning). The bed was very comfortable. Moreover, the common area included an individual shelf in the fridge and shared kitchen equipment, with free biscuits and drinks available for guests. The apartment is located in the city centre, very close to a grocery store and not far from the nearest subway station.
−It can be a bit noisy at night, especially when someone enters the building, but that’s hard to avoid in a place like this. Also, be aware that the apartment is located on an upper floor, and the staircase is steep and winding. If you have mobility issues, the property may be difficult to access.

+Freundlicher Gastgeber, schönes Bad, sehr gute Lage für Besichtigungen. Kein Verkehrslärm.
−Man hört, wenn Gäste auf dem Flur sprechen, da die Tür den Lärm nicht gut abhält. Das war gelegentlich der Fall.

+La posizione strategica a due passi dal lungomare, da castel dell’Ovo,da Piazza Plebiscito e da tanti altri punti di interesse
−Il pagamento, che ritengo inaccettabile, di una penale, per ritardo al check-in, di 10 euro per ogni ora di ritardo oltre le ore 22,00. Sono arrivato alle 3 di notte per ritardi vari e ho dovuto pagare 50,00 euro extra, oltre ad euro 45,00 per il parcheggio a pagamento (sicuramente vicinissimo) ma esoso per sole 31 ore

+La stanza è molto pulita, il letto comodo e gli spazi ampi. Utile lo spazio condiviso della cucina, con tutto l’indispensabile. Posizione ottimale, a due passi da piazza del Plebiscito. Wilson poi è stato gentilissimo, sorridente e disponibile!
