+Loved this accommodation. Place was exactly what we were looking for - nice staff, clean accommodations, had all the amenities we were seeking. I particularly appreciated the room layout and the small sitting space - really helped to have a nice place to relax after a long day. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Would certainly stay here again.

“Great location md formed & helpful staff, loved the foot bath!”
+Loved the foot bath which was great after a full day of sightseeing. The breakfasts were good too but probably too much in choosing the set as well! But great location close to the metro lines and way to get to places.
−We had a deluxe room which was great but would have preferred a king bed rather than to double singles!

+Checkin and checkout were easy. I requested an iron and ironing board, and it was delivered in under five minutes. Drinks facilities in reception area is excellent to make a coffee on the way to your room. My son loved making himself hot chocolate. Mini-fridge in the room has a small freezer section, which was excellent to keep ice or ice cream, especially in hot weather. Train station, convenience store, cafe, and takeaway all in the same block. The twin room had more floor space than expected.
−It's just great all round. Friendly and helpful reception.

+Within walking distance to most cultural sites and an MRT is handy nearby with direct connection to Kyoto Train Station.
−Not being able to request room cleaning or bed linen change if staying less than 7 days.

“A great place to stay in Kyoto. Highly recommended.”
+This is a lovely hotel in Kyoto with good sized rooms for Japan, comfortable beds and plenty of amenities. The foyer has a large heated foot spa which is great at the end of the day of walking all over town. There is a drink station next to it for coffee, tea, cordial and a sake machine as well, it was very refreshing to have a sake and soak your feet. There is a train station one block away and a 7-Eleven on the corner. The hotel has it's own restaurant which we didn't try because there are a number of great restaurants within a few blocks. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our two week trip (out of five stops).
