“On the whole, good!”
+We liked staying in an area near a canal and convenient to the subway and a big supermarket. The apartment had all we needed and was comfortable. We liked that various sauces had been left by previous guests and we could use them in cooking.
−2 safety issues concerned us: one is that the apartment is on F3 and the stairs, which are quite steep, have no hand-rail. This is quite scary when carrying luggage. Another is that dishes, glasses and cooking pans are stored in a high cabinet that only tall people can reach. We think they should be placed in a low cabinet. There’s a mixture of little ornaments around the place, which we didn’t like, and lots of things in cupboards, taking up space eg 3 hairdryers, about 10 pairs of house slippers and loads of cleaning products under the sink. It felt like the apartment is used for storage.

+There was not much to like.
−Address was different one (hour away than present on booking vs one we received after booking). We realized this discrepancy on the spot. We have selected 2 rooms and 4 people but when we came there was only one small rooms with very small beds and none of this was depicted on pictures. Totally misleading/photos not representing reality. We have left and needed to booked something else on airbnb instead. Free cancellation was rejected as hosts insisted that he ca not do anything and all is good from his side. We are trying to contact customer service and get our money back as this was on the different spot + photos were not representing reality/different.

“Wonderful spacious central clean accommodation!”
+Excellent accommodation, very nice size and has great features like a full kitchen, bathroom and separate bedroom.
−A little bit of a walk from the station 5-7 minutes and difficult to find if not using the provided guide or a map app.

“Uncomfortable but at least you're in tokyo”
+It was a 10 minute walk from a train station and a 2 minute walk from 7/11
−The whole apartment smells musty and like mildew The bed mats were uncomfortable The hosts did not send us the correct wifi password (it was not provided for check in) and when we emailed saying it was incorrect they didnt respond. We only got onto the wifi by guessing variations of the password. The hot water was very spotty and the heater would often turn off mid-shower The kitchen had some amenities but did not have cutting boards, any sort of knives or scissors. There was a lot of ambient noise from other apartments, but host can't control that.

+Très bon emplacement proche du métro. Quartier très calme mais malheureusement des voisins bruyants lors de notre séjour. Le logement est fonctionnel avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Très bonne communication via mail pour check-in et check-out.
