+The guest house was clean and well kept up. The staff was friendly and the beds were very comfortable.
−This is definitely not a place to go to in the off season - while it was bookable, some of the normal amenities (food service, host on site, bar options) were not available, which was not told to us ahead of time. The host didn't reply to messages, but there wasn't a problem when we showed up with the room ready. There could be a few additional amenities to provide a comfortable experience - additional dish cloths, napkins/paper towels, tea and coffee in the carriage house. The hot water and heat was not on upon arrival so we had to wait a while to shower. Additionally, one of our towels was dirty with makeup stains so we had to get another from the gym. The hot tub was a nice amenity but was a bit dirty. The area is very quiet in the off season and what we paid was overpriced for what we got.

“Well worth a return visit.”
+Very clean and well decorated and the bed very comfortable. Melissa made us feel at home from opening the door to welcome us to our departure. The breakfast was excellent especially the soda bread and scrambled eggs. The hot tub was lovely too. A nice touch of a bowel of chocolate bars/sweets by the front door.
−Nothing. Everything was excellent.
