+Newly made place to stay over, functioning good all together. Bus stops and supermarket close by, bottle of water in the room, express check out same place where you live, good breakfast, close to the center with cafes and restaurants, harbour etc.
−Check in and pick up key is another place, Cerviola hotel, which is 350m away, so if you are alone, you have to drag suitcases there to get the keys / or drag them to where you stay. Expect breakfast at the same Cerviola hotel. Check if swimming pool is working. Nearly no windows in the room and no views. It is not a "boutique hotel", just a studio apartment. Surroundings a bit disappointing to walk 1,5km to the sea for a swim - take a bus to StThomas bay.

+The staff were lovely, especially the blonde lady who checked us in at the sister hotel. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of mini markets nearby.
−Unfortunately, this is by no means a 4-star establishment, and the overall experience fell short of expectations. We booked three deluxe rooms, but only one was actually spacious enough to justify the "deluxe" description. Even in that room, we encountered several maintenance issues. The bathroom sink was clogged, and we had to unclog it ourselves. On another day, it rained, and the balcony drain was also blocked, causing rainwater to enter the room. Once again, we had to deal with the problem ourselves. There were also ants in the rooms, and the toilets in the other two rooms made a lot of noise, which was quite disturbing. Breakfast was another disappointment, as exactly the same options were served every single day, with no variety whatsoever. Overall, while the staff and location were definite positives, the poor maintenance, room conditions, and repetitive breakfast made the stay disappointing. The hotel simply does not meet the standards one would expect from a 4-star establishment.

+Room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly.
−The check in, pool, breakfast and restaurant are not actually at this hotel. They are a 7 min walk away at a separate hotel.
