“Beautiful and High Value Stay at Tivoli Lodge”
+Our stay at Tivoli Lodge was a great experience. The value of the rental was especially nice since we stayed during the off season (Skiing/snow). The room was spacious and clean. the overall lodge facility was top notch. Everything was clean. The staff was nice and helpful for finding dinner options. We have recommended staying here already for our family. We plan to stay here when we are in the Vail, CO area.
−Nothing. Everything was great.

“Sadly, we have to find a new favorite Vail place.”
+The location was great.
−Please see my google review. We have stayed at Tivoli twice before and loved it. However, this experience was so horrible, we will be finding a new place for upcoming trips to Vail. A few examples: the ac did not work properly, the phones were out the entire stay, fireplace did not work(admittedly we did not need thank goodness,) ice machine out of order the entire time, e-bike needed attention and repair before we could ride, and I could go on. The worst part possibly was the front desk staff. They were not helpful in any way, even down to bringing us the wrong car when we checked out! Please feel free to call me for more specifics.

“Great location but expect to park elsewhere and rent e-bikes on your own dime.”
+The location was perfect, inside Vail Village. The room was spacious and clean.
−The confirmation email said the room came with free e-bikes. However, upon arrival, we were told all were out of order. Also, their valet parking is expensive so we parked elsewhere.

“Sweet stay”
+Location, overall comfort and cleanliness, staff friendliness. And ebike free rental at hotel with knowledgeable staff member who tightened breaks for me ( I think his name was Greg).
−Room felt hot, had to open window.

“Nice property”
+Great property and location. Helpful staff.
−A bit less perfume in the lobby would be nice. Pillows and bedding need an upgrade.

“A pleasant weekend in Vail as the colors started to pop.”
+We stayed in a Tower room which was very clean, spacious with nice views and a very comfortable bed and nice linens. The fitness center while a little tight was well equipped for both cardio and weights. The morning buffet breakfast had a good variety to choose from. The staff, particularly the valet and bell service was above average and made us feel right at home.
