“A beautiful location and a comfortable bed in the heart of the West Sussex countryside!”
+A most warm welcome from the lovely Amanda our host, from the moment we arrived we were greeted with enthusiasm and hospitality. The location was perfect for exploring the Sussex countryside and walking on the South Down Way. Our room was perfect and very comfortable and exceptionally clean. A lovely spacious bathroom with bath and shower, a very comfortable bed and tea and coffee making facilities which was very welcome after a long day exploring. Breakfast each morning was served in the elegant dining room and the breakfast was very delicious freshly cooked each morning with plenty of toast and tea . Our little dog was welcome to join us in the dining room which was good. Our hosts were very helpful on tips for exploring the area and places to eat.

“A very nice B&B in a quiet location with convenient on-site parking. The owner was very pleasant.”
+The breakfast was very nice. The location surprisingly quiet considering a pub was nearby. The owner, Amanda even offered to do our laundry which was much appreciated.
−The room was a bit squeezy, smaller than we had elsewhere in England, however the bed was very comfortable.

+The house was lovely and the hosts were very welcoming and went out of there way to meet our needs. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was first rate.

“Absolutely a lovely experience and would love to stay again.”
+Warm greeting after a long journey, offered a cold drink on a 35○C day which was unexpected but very welcome. Sat outside in a lovely garden and helped relax after the journey. Amanda managed to book a table at the local pub(1 minute walk) even though it was fully booked. The food was stunning and the staff very friendly. Amanda and David were so accommodating, even gave 4 of us a lift to our venue the following day as taxi's were scarce. Breakfast was whatever you wanted but I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and yoghurt before the order.

+Everything was just perfect. The room and large en-suite was lovely, the outdoor space was beautiful , breakfast was great, the location is stunning and the hosts were simply the best.

“As near perfect as humanly possible”
+This was the best experience we have ever had at a B&B. Every thing was exceptional. We were made so welcome by the hosts, it was like being in our own home. Breakfast to order. The house and garden were fabulous. They went out of their way every day to answer our every need. Words do not suffice.

+This is a lovely property in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Amanda and David were the perfect hosts and made me feel very welcome. The room and bathroom were comfortable, with an amazing breakfast. What more could you ask for?

“A great place to stay in a quiet area close to so many opportunities!”
+The location was ideal for me and wonderfully quiet. The owners were charming and extremely helpful. The breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. The bathroom was a treat! Everything worked and the towels were soft. Free parking was another plus.
−Can you blame the owners if the nights' temperatures are hitting a record high? My room had a large fan which helped a lot, as did having a spacious room.
