“Not up to expectations and food was too bad”
+The resort is near beach,walkable distance The manager is polite and easy to reach
−Their is no lift and if you book deluxe room with sea view it’s in third floor and if old peoples travel with you ,it’s too hard to claim I booked deluxe room with sea view but room was too conjectured and it’s not looks like deluxe room Power cut happens always and their is no generator or candles nothing is their My package include breakfast which is too bad They are taking orders but they didn’t gave what we order ,and if we ask about it they just replied we just forgot and food was not at all hygiene and no lid is provided all the vessels are open and not hygiene.I also attach the picture and we paid for it so we ate no other options There is no refund for cancellation .and they charges full room amount as cancellation charge which is too bad . I lost 3000 for cancelling 1 room before 1 day and I also paid extra 700 for 1 extra bed and food and not worth it .their is two other hotel beside this hotel which as good sea view and this hotel have partial sea view

“Ideal for someone looking to stay near beach, but don’t expect sea facing rooms.”
+It was close to the Kovalam Lighthouse beach.With plenty of food options just 2-3 minutes walk.
−The property was close to the beach but the balconies were not beach facing, it was on the side.Also, the car doesn’t reach to the property , one has to walk to the property but they assist you in carrying your luggage.

+Rooms are neat, clean and spacious with comfortable balcony. Location is not in sea front, a building away from shore, full sea view could not be possible. Anyway we enjoyed our stay there.

+strategic location - while rooms didnt get direct view of shore the advertisement was view of light house and that we got. Friendly and hassle free Issue was that there is not road access to property - but the staff came to pick up the luggage from the drop point. Another issue was that the property does not have lift for upper floors - again staff did pick up all the luggage - but those with issue climbing stairs must be aware of this.

+Everything in walking distance, very friendly and helpfull staff, balcony with view to the ocean, rooms clean and comfortable

“Comfortable and nice staff”
+Good bed, sheets and shower. The staff was very nice.
−The only thing is that the window doesn’t have mosquito net. So i had to keep the window close and usa the AC. But i prefer to be able to open the window without being concerned about mosquitos.
