+Very nice comfortable room and a quiet location.
−Very poor communication, no instructions on how to check in and out or find the property, which was challenging as there's no signage and very residential. We never met anyone, and when it came to paying, we were told to leave the money in the room, which only worked as we had exact change.

“Really nice but somewhat noisy”
+The room was spacious and very nicely decorated, which is why I had picked it. I was even upgraded to another room cause I needed a fridge. It was the cleanest room so far in Vietnam! The balcony and the fact that I had it all to myself. It had the sun on the balcony from very early, thats really nice. Owner arranged a bike at a good price.
−Unfortunately it was really noisy. 2 construction sites close ( wasnt too bad though). the gym next door put out full blast bass music everyday from 17 to 22 pm (and sometimes in the morning too) which the thin windows could not block out. And at night the neighbors dogs which were out in the alley right in front kept waking me up. Bring earplugs or other noise protection! Of course that is not the hotels fault. The bathroom had a bit of a smell, but only sometimes.

+Un peu au dessus de la ville et son agitation (relative), a l'écart des gros hôtels mais a distance de marche (5-10 minutes), les habitants du quartier sont très accueillants. C’est propre et on dispose d’un bel espace. Équipements fonctionnels. On a tout ce dont on a besoin sans luxe pour un tout petit prix

+J'ai passé un excellent séjour à la Tiny Garden House. L'emplacement est légèrement excentré mais il est très facile de rejoindre les restaurants et tous les services plus touristiques, Le lieu est paisible et reposant, la chambre et la terrasse sont très agréables et le propriétaire à été très réactif et attentif à mes questions et demandes, je ne peux que recommander cet endroit !

+L’établissement est bien situé, il faut certes marcher 10 minutes pour arriver au centre ville avec une grosse montée/descente mais en comparaison d’autres établissement de cat ba vous obligent de prendre un taxi pour aller en ville, la climatisation fonctionne bien et l’hôte est réactif. De plus la terrasse et sa vue sur les montagnes est un plus appréciable.

+Emplacement excellent, près du centre et des restaurants. L'hôte est très gentil et réactif. Il m'a aidé à réserver le bus du lendemain. Je recommande ce logement.

“Passable mais ne mérite pas cette note globale”
+La localisation un peu excentrée L’air climatisé
−Vraiment déçue au vu de la note globale, j’ai du mal à comprendre. Pas d’indication de la part de l’hôte avant notre arrivée alors que c’est une arrivée autonome, même pas de panneau indiquant le logement sur place, l’hôte me demande de venir payer à son autre hôtel, odeur de canalisation dans la salle de bain, aucune isolation donc beaucoup de bruit et de lumière
