+The owner named Rose at the inn was very friendly and helpful.. The furnishings at the inn will let you think you're in Tibet.. Breakfast is served in accordance with your timing.. She is so accommodating and nice.. Will stay there again if I ever head to ShangriLa again.. The inn itself is inside the ancient city and amenities are all nearby.

“Great location and atmosphere, excellent host”
+Rose was an amazing host. She arranged for us to be collected from the airport (free of charge). Before arrival was good at communication and answering questions. She helped organize our tour to Puduco National Park. Very well located just inside the city walls and a couple of minutes from the Old Town square. Nice view of North Gate from our room
−Inn is on the "rustic" side, but warm and clean

+Rose was really lovely and helpful and spoke excellent English. The location was close to the main sites of the old town but also on a quiet street. The room was really nice and comfortable and she cooked a great breakfast in the morning.

“Very authentic and lovely place”
+What a gem of a place. Almost had the feeling of the tea houses in Nepal. I absolutely loved the style. Rose the owner was very welcoming and friendly. She spoke very good English as well which was very nice and easy to have a chat. She also helped us with a last minute trip to tiger leaping gorge which was great. Breakfast was a lovely plate with toast, jam, egg, ham, veg and banana and coffee or tea. Would definately recommend to anyone going there.
−Everything was good.

“A cosy home-from-home”
+A beautiful wooden building only a few minutes walk from the main square. If you want modern and high-tech then this probably isn't for you, but if you want character with a friendly host, then I can't recommend this highly enough. Rose is a very welcoming host who speaks excellent English. Breakfast is cooked to order and is delicious. And despite being an old building, it's clean with good wifi and a clean, modern bathroom.

+Lovely guest house that was brilliantly located near the centre of Shangri-la. The couple who run it are extremely welcoming and informative about everything there is to do in Shangri-la. They also gave us excellent suggestions about where to eat. Delicious breakfast too!
−Everything was fabulous!
