“Would not stay again.”
+The hotel was close to the downtown strip.
−The hotel was dated and needs to be updated. The shower was awful the shower head placement and the water pressure made showering without getting the bathroom soaked was a challenging. They didn't allow early check in. I think a 3 pm check in is ridiculous.

+Location and jacuzzi tub
−The mattress was awful, every spring was felt; the pillows had an odor we had to use it jackets for pillows and there was mold around the tub. We asked to change rooms and it was still a bad room, very uncomfortable bed and bloody looking dots on the side of the sheet

“You can look at what didn't you like reply”
+location only
−Email review. So you can only click on YES but not allowed to click on NO, seriously!! The lighting in the room is horrible, the one light at the microwave flickers continuously when turned on so we could not use it. The Keurig coffee machine is nasty, needs cleaning or replaced. With 2 guests you should have 4 wash clothes for 2 night's stay not just 3. The only day to get breakfast was the day we checked out and you had several customers standing at the door after 8:00 am to get breakfast and check out but no one was in the office. You have a lot to correct and would not be back.

“It wasn’t too bad, the place has so much potential.”
+Location to the Island. The beds are comfortable.
−Needs some TLC. Could be a beautiful place. We also had a herd of elephants in the room above us. They finally settled around 1 am.

+It was very clean and quiet.

“THIS PLACE WAS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED IN ALL MY 50 YEARS!!!”
+NOTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS NICE!
−THE BEDS AND SOFA BEDS ARE COMPLETELY WORE OUT!!! THERE WERE HOLES IN THE BATHROOM WALL. THE BATHROOM SINK WAS CLOGGED. THE KEY CARDS WOULD NOT WORK. THERE WAS DUST AN INCH THICK ON THE BASEBOARDS AND HEADBOARD. NASTY!!! SO NASTY!!! THE WALLS ARE SO THIN YOU CAN HEAR THE PEOPLE NEXT TO YOU, BEHIND YOU AND UNDER YOU WALKING AND SLAMMING DOORS AT ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT. THE FACILTY IS RIGHT NEXT TO A BUSY ROAD THAT PEOPLE LIKE TO DRAG RACE ON AND IT MUST ME THE ROUTE THAT GARBAGE TRUCKS TAKE EVERY MORNING STARTING AT 4 AM. THE LIGHT IN THE PARKING LOT IS NOT ANGLED TOWARD THE GROUND, SO IT GLARES IN THE WINDOWS THE WHOLE NIGHT! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PLACE ! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WE WILL DEFINATELY TELL OTHERS ABOUT IT.
