“See above”
+Nothing
−It felt grubby. Smelt musty, did not have a view of the lake as described. Worst I have encountered in booking.com. It needs a quality control inspection.

+View was excellent and it is a nice, private location.
−shower didn't work properly hard to keep hot water, the fan didn't work above the bed, and instead of Chinese food it would have been nice to have a breakfast

“Mixed feelings on this years stay.”
+This was my third stay here. I love the location, the rooms are cozy and quaint. While I knew what to expect, I was a bit disappointed in the room for the price paid for my stay this year.
−The shower was clean, or so it seemed. There were some black hairs on the ceiling and the walls. The towels had some marks, again - they seemed clean but had marks. For the price of these rooms, you would expect a certain standard. And I stayed here again because I’ve stayed here twice before.
