“Great for ferries and plenty of decent restauarnats nearby”
+On the last morning there was no hot water which was disappointing. We discussed this on check out and the receptionist suggested we should have reported it earlier. Staff were quite helpful generally. It is very conveniently positioned for ferries to Capri and Sorrento.
−Occasional difficulty entering front door .

“Ideal for the night before a ferry trip”
+Perfect location for a morning ferry. And, right at the castle and close to the Royal palace. Well accessible by the airport bus.
−To get to the lift, you have to do some stairs with the heavy luggage right behind the front door. Inconvenient. The step between the room and the elevated bathroom is dangerous!!
