+Location is good for accessing Lake Powell.
−None of the lamps in our room worked. Our remote to the T.V. Didn’t work. The ice machine was not working. We had the attendant working the front desk look into the ice machine, and got it working.

+Location to the site's we intended to visit. Room size was great. Coffee available all hours. Quite and isolation of this Lodge.
−Breakfast would have been nice. Otherwise all good.

“Just a quick stop while driving through”
+Room was clean and spacious, staff was very kind.
−There is no one at the hotel after 6PM to assist if you need help, our toilet in the bathroom broke down around 7PM and there was no one we could contact for help not even by phone. The water over flowed and we had to use the public bathroom next to the reception area during the night which felt creepy and uncomfortable in an empty hotel.

“In the middle of nowhere but worth the drive”
+These folks go out of their way to make your stay a comfortable experience. The rooms are large, updated, clean, and homey. Even arriving late they made special arrangements for us to have our room. We loved this place.

+Plenty of parking for boats and UTV, also access to trails immediate.
−No coffee maker in the room or downstairs until the morning I left. I had no idea their restaurant had closed until Ingot a message from hotel prior to my arrival. I also wish I had known the adventure center was closed
