“Terrible”
+I must state clearly that there was absolutely nothing acceptable about my experience with your business. From the chaotic mismanagement of your booking system to the completely unprofessional attitude of your team on-site, every aspect of my interaction with your guesthouse was a total failure. Failing to provide a room that was booked in advance shows a complete lack of basic hospitality standards and operational integrity.
−Upon my arrival at your property on 19 June at approximately 20:00, I was informed by your staff that the guesthouse was fully occupied and that my confirmed reservation could not be honored.This situation is completely unacceptable and constitutes a clear breach of contract. A confirmed booking guarantees accommodation. Leaving a traveler stranded without prior notice is highly unprofessional and a failure of basic hospitality standards.

+We arrived before our check-in time and they allowed us to refresh by taking a shower.
−Our stay was horrible. No kettle, rooms were very dirty on the floor and halls, no hot water on taps, no towels, sheets were dirty. I think the place is ment for 'one night stands' not for couples who want privacy and enjoy their stay.

“A horrible experience I had, combined with a stinking attitude of the owner!”
+I had a funeral to attend in Tzaneen and I booked 2rooms for one night at Thullyteams Guesthouse for my family via booking.com for the 30thMay2026. I got confirmation of my booking via email. When I arrived on the 30th afternoon to check in, the guy told me they are fully booked. I told him & showed him my booking confirmation from booking.com..he told me unfortunately they have no room available. I could not believe what I was hearing!!! So I demanded to talk to the owner, he then made a phone call to the owner & the lady on the phone(owner) told me same thing-they have no room left!. When I asked her how is this possible when I got confirmation from booking.com? She told me she does not know! I asked her if they cant check their bookings by booking.com, she said no we are fully booked!! What pissed me off is the stinking attitude of not taking accountability that they did a double booking. No apology what so ever! Even when I threatened to report them, the lady just said ok(meaning go ahead)! I had to go through the stress of getting another accommodation on the spot. Horrible experience!!!!!!!
−For the fact that I had confirmation letter for my booking at the guest-house, the owner did not take any accountability that they have double booked the place. She did not even apologize for the inconvenience! Instead she had a don't care attitude on the phone & very unprofessional!!!
