“Positive.”
+I would highly recommend this hotel. They have high quality service and good breakfast. Perfect to choose for a business trip. We return to this place many times. Also the 24 hour little shop with food and drinks is a big benefit.
−Their lasagna is so tasty that you cannot stop eating it. They could have more options of food to eat after 10pm.

“Slightly over priced room rate in comparison with similar hotels”
+Kind staff
−Swifter service in the reception. Waited over 5 minutes due to slow staff with lengthy discussions other guests in front of the line

“Very good breakfast, location, and good staff. But missed some amenities in the room.”
+Nice and clean room. Very good breakfast.
−I missed slippers, bathrobe and a water in the room. Also was a bit noisy from the street.

−Shower had very low flow and suddenly turned ice-cold at one point which was not great.

“A must stay!!!”
+We fell in love with this hotel chain when we were visiting Norway and anytime we’re in a city that has a Thon, We absolutely stay. The hotel is always comfortable and clean. The staff is amazing and their breakfast is out of this world.

“Great location”
+Great location, all as well as can be
−Being greeted with 'Ausweis' & `Ausweis bitte, first, now' with no other conversation until a passport is handed over does not reflect well on the organisations values.
