“Supper!”
+Very comfortabel new apartment.
−Fridge with icecream will be perfect!! We were ready to buy, but can’t found anything. And when you use pool it will be very nice. But nothing else! Very comfortabel room and Cozy balcony.

“We loved it and would defiantly stay here again”
+Me and my partner stayed here at the beginning of September and we loved it. The room was spacious and had pretty much everything we needed. The only thing that would have made it better would have been if we had a toaster and oven, rather than just a toastie machine but we just made sure to only buy food we could cook with what we had so it wasn't a problem. The cleaners came in everyday and did a great job. The pool was lovely and big and kept clean. It was also in a perfect location. The beach front is less than 5 mins walk and the nearest supermarket is about 3 mins away. There is also a Lidl close by, about a 10 min drive. The beachfront has restaurants and bars and gets busier as you walk towards the Rethymno old town which takes around 30 mins to the old town. The old town has everything you need, full of restaurants, shops and bars.
−The only slight problem we had in our room was there was a slight smell from the drains in the bathroom but we just made sure to keep the door closed and it wasn't a problem for us in the grand scheme of things. We didn't have hot water one of the days out of 10 we were there but again wasn't much of an issue for us and it was a one off.

+Close to the beach, and restaurants.
−When we arrived the room smelt like a sewer! After opening the outer door it was ok, but that night the smell returned. I found the smell was coming from the floor waste in the bathroom, I covered it with a towel and that fixed the smell. I did try to find a staff member but for the 3 nights we were there I never saw one, I went to reception twice and could not find anyone. The refrigerator also sounded like a washing machine on spin all night. The other issue was even though the room was made up every day the only shower soap was left were he first 2 x 20ml bottles from our arrival.

“Foto’s komen niet overeen met werkelijkheid, oubollig maar wel op een goede plek”
+Locatie was prima, het lag buiten het centrum maar dicht bij het strand. Supermarkten waren op loopafstand. Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zwembad en ligbedjes waren fijn.
−Bij binnenkomst moesten we eerst katten uit het appartement verjagen die op ons bed lagen te slapen (vind ik persoonlijk erg vies) Het appartement waar wij in zaten was ontzettend oubollig. Keuken was erg klein. Een magnetron stond ergens in de ruimte op een rieten tafeltje waar geen stopcontact was. Keukenkastjes roken naar schimmel. De douche piepklein met een douchegordijn die buiten de bak viel (= vloer altijd nat en glad) Voeten wassen was geen optie want bukken ging niet, je raakte verwikkeld in het douchegordijn of je stootte tegen de kraan of muur. Het weer zat in de tegelvoegen en de douchekop, puntje voor afvoer van het gemorste douchewater zat voor het toilet (=natte voeten bij toiletgang) Daarnaast zaten we naast de ruimte waar de schoonmaakspullen voor de huishouding zat. De vrouwen liepen de hele dag continue voor ons raam langs. Geen privacy tenzij we de rolluiken naar beneden deden, maar dat voelde erg opgesloten. Het rolgordijn was verduisterend, dus dat was ook geen optie. Veel meubilair en lampen in de ruimte die niet nuttig/bruikbaar waren. Geen stopcontact in de buurt bijvoorbeeld. +Obiekt położony ok. 5 minut od plaży w spokojnej okolicy na uboczu. Na miejscu klucze odbieraliśmy z recepcji. Pokój był przygotowany dla nas przed czasem (już około południa). Personel bardzo życzliwy, możliwość sprzątania pokoju nawet codziennie. Apartament ok, kuchnia miała podstawowe wyposażenie, niczego nie brakowało. Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu w każdym pokoju. Świetną opcją jest zamykany szlabanem parking (3 minuty od obiektu), który na tyle duży, że nigdy nie było problemu z wolnym miejscem. Basen wystarczający dla wszystkich gości, leżaki dostępne o każdej porze (nigdy nie było sytuacji, żeby brakowało miejsca). Przy basenie bezpieczny brodzik dla małych dzieci. W ogrodzie miejsca ze stolikami i krzesełkami. Niedaleko supermarket (3 minuty od obiektu) oraz mały grill bar, gdzie można było również na szybko coś zjeść (np. pyszny gyros). W pobliżu piękna plaża, a do centrum Rethimno ok. 20-30 minut piechotą.
−Łazienka do ewentualnego remontu. Są różne pokoje, my akurat trafiliśmy na pokój z bardzo małym półokrągłym balkonem, co dla 4 osób było trochę ciasno.

“Príjemné ubytovanie v skvelej lokalite, blízko mora :)”
+Skvelá lokalita, ubytovanie s dostatkom priestoru a všetkým potrebným vybavením. Upratovanie nám zabezpečili vždy, keď sme oň požiadali, hoci nie každý deň. Lokalita je tichá a zároveň blízko mora, obchodov aj reštaurácií. Samotné Rethymno je nádherné mesto, ktoré má čo ponúknuť. Ubytovanie aj celú lokalitu určite odporúčam na strávenie príjemnej dovolenky. 😊
−Možno by nezaškodilo trochu viac vybaviť kuchyňu, no inak bolo všetko super a s ubytovaním sme boli veľmi spokojní. 😊

+Parcheggio con sbarra privato comodo anche perché in zona non c'è ne sono. Rifacimento camera ogni giorno. Piscina comoda per rilassarti un attimo.
−Bagno vecchio senza soffione della doccia con la tenda piccolissimo. Cucina vecchia impraticabile con un minifrigo messo davanti a un frigo non funzionante
