−Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The staff were unkind to us, while appearing much friendlier to guests arriving in luxury cars and wearing expensive clothes. The view from our room was poor, and the bathtub was unusable because the plug was missing. The staff also seemed understaffed and underpaid, which may have affected the service. There was very little flexibility to accommodate simple requests, such as arranging the beds separately. Overall, the service and facilities did not meet our expectations.

“Immer gerne wieder”

On n'y comprend rien!
