“Excellent location, on the piazza, very modern & clean. Terrific hosts”
+Excellent location, a beautiful accommodation, very modern & clean. The hosts were amazing, they were outstanding with their hospitality, very welcoming. They waited for us to arrive and escorted us to the carpark as we had difficult finding it. The accommodation is in an excellent location, right on the piazza and near the beach and near the Main Street.

“Ci siamo trovati benissimo, e la città di Pescara è veramente molto bella.”
+la posizione della struttura è perfetta, ti trovi in pieno centro della città con affaccio con uno splendido terrazzo con vista panoramica sulla piazza e sul corso dei negozi. La struttura è al primo piano di un condominio, c'è possibilità di parcheggio in zona, si trova circa 200 metri dal mare, si tratta di un appartamento trasformato in B&B con due stanze, molto silenzioso nonostante la posizione centrale, i serramenti sono stati rifatti di recente ed isolano molto bene da rumore, la stanza è grande e ben arredata, dotata di tutti i servizi necessari. Il B&B è attrezzato con una sala colazioni fornita di tutti i servizi, e l'offerta di prodotto è altamente elevata. Personale molto disponibile ed accogliente, vi faranno sentire a casa.
−poco o nulla, ci siamo trovati molto bene, unica cosa inserirei uno split di aria condizionata in più nella stanza, in quanto essendo molto grande un solo split fa fatica a raffrescare la stanza, ma proprio se vogliamo cercare il pelo nell'uovo.

+Lokalizacja obiektu jest bardzo korzystna - parę kroków od morza, blisko też do Dworca kolejowego i autobusowego. Właściciele lokalu to przemiłe osoby które dbają o swoich gości. Służą radą i wykazują sie przy tym praqdziwą włoską gościnnością.

+Super lokalizacja, w centrum miasta. Sklepy, bary, kawiarnie w pobliżu. Na plaże wystarczyło przejść przez parking i ulicę. Śniadanie w obiekcie typowo włoskie, na słodko, pyszne rogaliki i bardzo dobra kawka. Francesca robi wspaniałe capuccino z dodatkowym espresso na życzenie. Pokój wygodny z widokiem na plac główny miasta. Wspaniała właścicielka, troskliwa i bardzo pomocna. Ogromnie polecam!

+Difficile de trouver meilleur emplacement: TheBed est situé sur Piazza Salotto! Malgré cela, la chambre est au calme car les fenêtres sont insonorisées. Le petit déjeuner est excellent: tout est fait maison par Francesca (et c'est super bon). La chambre est confortable et on a porté attention aux détails. La propreté erst vraiment remarquable. Que dire de plus...? Je recommande vivement!
