+Had a weekend stay here. The van has everything you need, and was spotless. Living area was spacious. Good communication with the video for how to find the van really helpful. Short cab ride to the harbour so the location was perfect for us.

“Good value accommodation”
+The property was ideal for visiting Canterbury for a few days for a wedding. There was a very good local pub within easy walking distance. The staff member on site was really helpful with local recommendations. The property was very clean and well equipped. The area around our accommodation was quiet, which was ideal. There is a train line close by, but we were not disturbed at night at all. There was a balcony, where we were able to sit outside in the sun.

“Does the job if you have lots of away trips planned and only need local space to sleep”

−Could have been cleaner all over (layers of dust on all decorative items, cobwebs on all light fittings/corners/ curtains) interior soft furnishings are tired and need a deep clean, broken light fittings, mouldy shower sealants, broken door fittings. The on-site customer service by the park was shocking, the food overpriced and horrendous (had to wait for 1.5hrs without the offer of compensation or discount for 2 mains and 2 sides, all under cooked), been told by main reception how pool site works to then show up what was said to be "after hours of needing to buy time slots" to be informed by a member of staff from the restaurant (who was on a smoking break opposite the pool), that we still need to buy entertainment passes to access, none of it mention by reception/ check in staff.

“Great caravan in a lovely peaceful area”
+Caravan was very spacious and clean. Great having the decking to sit outside. It’s a very friendly caravan park with lots of walks close by. We all had a great time.
−The only niggle was that the single beds were a bit lumpy with the springs so not very comfortable.

“Lovely relaxing stay with everything we needed on a well maintained park and very close to Whitstable”
+My husband and I booked this as a mid week impromptu trip. I had to work while I was there the internet was excellent. There was everything we needed for a lovely relaxing stay. We visited the pub access the road The Oyster Pearl a couple of time, good food and a nice cold pint of Sapporo. We will definitely be returning so I can't give a better review than that

“Location suited us for the purpose of our stay.”
+Location suited us for the purpose of our stay. Mobile home clean, well equipped. Single bed could do with new mattress (feel the springs!), double good.
−Issue with keys, took time to rectify and also meant we couldn’t access the balcony. Despite being November, it was very warm in the morning sun and would have been nice to sit out there. The key issue also meant having no barrier fob to access the park. It was only rectified on our last day. Reception staff at the park didn’t help and owner had to deal with it - but it took time. Hard to avoid mud outside the door, particularly when arriving in the dark, so apologies for a muddy mat when we went in. Quite a small slab pathway.
