“Ok but could be better”
+Nice big room. We had the family room with a double and a bunk, Very comfy beds. We’re offered fans for the rooms as it was a warm night. Good location Nice to be able to put the cars in a ‘car park’ away safely. I’m not sure I’d call it a carpark though, it wouldn’t fit more than 2 cars. Otherwise you’d be blocking each other in.
−The bar wasn’t open even in the height of the summer holidays. The check out situation was weird. There was no one around, no one answered the phone or the ring door bell. No one answered any messages. Luckily the door to the carpark was unlocked and we just opened the gate and let ourselves out. Then someone just appeared from the kitchen as we were leaving. We were told the hotel was fully booked with no vacancies. There was definitely no one else in that hotel except us, it was a bit odd. I was also a bit shocked to find my booking form just left out on a table for all to see, with all my personal details on: address, email etc. I did message the manager about this though who said he would query this with staff (not sure what the outcome was).

“Brilliant host and good value hotel”
+Chris was an excellent host and did everything in his power to make us feel welcome, even allowing us into our room early just to drop the cases off. Rooms were clean and presentable an ideal for our family.
−I don't have any comments to detract from my statements above. Parking is always an issue in Blackpool but Chris told us of a nearby car park that was handy and only a short walk to the hotel

+Great staff who were very kind and helpful. Perfect for our one night stay in Blackpool. Off-street parking was compact but did the job

“Nice but ok”
+Staff are friendly and helpful comfortable nice for a one night stay in my opinion. We enjoyed our stay
−The drive was very tiet to get down and we drive a small car as it is all cars cramped into there and been knocked on bedroom door 7.30am for another guest to move there car wasnt great to be honest. We was told to park there because everyone was staying till midday Asked about breakfast options upon arrival was told in morning would be available to order but upon checking out felt rushed out. So we left and had breakfast out. Other then these issues was nice place

“Undecided”
+The staff were really kind and the place was nice and quiet and the place was clean and tidy. We’re given a birthday gift that was extremely nice and appreciated. We’re given places to see by the staff also
−We were given out of date milk sachets. The bed covers did have stains on them and one of the lights didn’t work and it’s a rather small shower. The dining room wasn’t open during the hours stated and on the last night when we came down for breakfast there wasn’t any
