“Great house for a group of 5 friend”
+Very friendly host, easy contact by WhatsApp. Perfect location, near the city center. All the 5 of us had their own bedroom. Enough showers and a place for breakfast in the basement.

“Hope you don't have arthritis, LOL.”
+Good place to stay in Sofia, especially if you are a large group (up to 10). Hostess Megy is very friendly, called us the moment we completed the reservation to inquire if we have any special needs. Rustic kitchen in the basement, very well equipped. Central location, within minutes from all major cultural attractions.
−The house is on 4 floors (including basement kitchen) and we've traveled with 3 kids. It was a bit challenging to keep 1 year old from falling down. One of the bathrooms presented a challenge in terms that if you're taking a shower, no one can do #1 or #2. But we still had a good time.

+Good property for group of friends and a great location close to city centre. Clean and spacious. Lovely balcony. Host was very friendly and super helpful.
−Single beds rather than double and lots of stairs so would be difficult for older people. Only one proper shower, other was like a wet room.

“Shit”
+Catastrophe!!!
−Oh my god! Such a disaster! We had to clean the canalization in the kitchen. Smells like shit. My mom had to clean the shit. House owner replied with rude and racist attitude. I think I am Turkish and she is Jew, maybe that’s the reason. They called me stupid. I have the sound message. Rooms are dirty and beds are very smalls, for small children. Don’t book it if you think they have large, king size comfy beds.

“A great place to explore Sofia”
+Very well located, well equipped, lovely courtyard, quiet and calm, close to shops and restaurants and short walk to tourist area. Megi the host is fantastic!
−No living room which was fine fir us as it was sunny and we were mostly outside, but in colder weather it would be nice to have a communal space to sit together (not just the basement dining room).

“No fue lo esperado.”
+La ubicación. Zona tranquila a poca distancia del centro. La anfitriona nos facilitó el accesony contactó con nosotras en el momento de la llegada a pesar de la hora (2,30am)
−Reservamos una casa con 5 habitaciones y 3 baños para 8 personas, según se reflejaba en la web. La habitación con baño de la planta baja, estaba cerrada con llave y la anfitriona no nos la quiso abrir diciendo que se abría cuando la reserva era de 10. La casa tiene tres pisos de escaleras estrechas , incómodas y peligrosas. Los baños no están bien adecuados. En el de la tercera planta se acumula agua en una de las duchas y rebosa . El baño de la segunda planta es diminuto , la zona de ducha no tiene altura, ni mampara o similar. La limpieza es muy mejorable. En la entrada de la casa no hay luz. Varias sillas de la zona de comedor estaban rotas.

“Viajecito de amigas”
+Casa grande y camas cómodas, pero no tiene sala de estar para 9 personas y tiene tres pisos con escaleras enanas ! Ojo!. Es céntrico para moverte andando.

“Meer dan goed, karakteristiek huis.”
+Heel mooi karakteristiek huis met binnenplaats. Veel ruimte, 1 grote en 1 kleine badkamer, 2 keukens en alle gemakken aanwezig. Met 4 volwassenen ieder een eigen kamer
−Niet echt iets. Er is een ontbijt/diner kamer met grote tafel, het zou helemaal mooi zijn, als er ook nog een grote bank zou zijn

+Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική,με όλα πολύ κοντά μας! Το σπιτι ήταν άνετο και όμορφο,με όλους να έχουν τα δικά τους δωμάτια ! Περάσαμε πολύ άνετα και θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα!
