“I will not be back”
+Clean and lots of room in lobby bar was nice
−The parking cost money and has an old entrance to parking garage that could damage your vehicle due to its outdated design. Under ground parking and it cost 21 dollars to get car out of parking garage

+Clean, great location
−Several ice machines weren’t working-then finally found one.

“Not bad”
+Staff were excellent. Location and view of fountain were amazing. Bed very comfortable. Temp control worked great. Shower was good, water pressure was a bit low
−The space is massive so there's a long walk between the parking garage and the actual hotel (two sets of elevators). Learning curve with elevator - recommend fixing the text on the screen so the floor numbers aren't written over with something else. Bathroom mirror was broken. Bedroom fridge cabinet was loud, recommend adding some cabinet bumpers. No breakfast, I think they had a grab and go option.

“Frustrating and disappointing.”
+The location was good and the staff were friendly.
−Our first room was 78° when we walked into it. Maintenance came up to fix it, but it did not improve. We got told we were going to be upgraded and changed to a different room. When we arrived at that room, it was also hot, not an upgrade, and required maintenance to come up and fix the air conditioning. It did finally cool down when I went to get ice on that floor, the machine wasn’t working, but had a sign directing to a different floor. When I went to that floor, not only was the ice machine not working, it was unplugged. I then proceeded to another floor to find another nonworking machine. I actually had to call the front desk to find out where to find a working ice machine. When I finally found it, the plastic base tray was missing and there appeared to be mold/dirt in the drainage basin. For the price that I paid for that room, I should not have had any of those frustrations. And the fact that the breakfast buffet cost is $25 for guests is absolutely ridiculous.

“Decent hotel, very few amenities but food and drink options close by. Good location to stadiums.”
+Good location to Paycor stadium
−Hotel is dated, but comfortable. The bathtub was like standing on a trampoline, it was pliable thus making it unsteady.

“Cheapest hotel I could find in area but worth the price”
+Located close to stadium and downtown
−Parking was a mess with a truck, very tight fitting. Room didn’t get cold even set at 65 not the usual quality hotel AC.

+Location, property
−Elevators an issue, no button inside elevator. Ballet not very helpful in terms of public parking, then they charged us anyway

“I had a very pleasant/comfortable stay in an area that was readily accessible for my travel reason.”
+The bedroom was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious/loved the showerhead. Appreciate the courtesy note when I placed a do not disturb sign that housekeeping did come by but was unable to enter due to the do not disturb sign placed.
−The day housekeeping was able to access my room, they did not leave another floor mat. Other than this, I did not have any other issues.
