“Disappointing overall”
+It was a better price point than the Disney hotels but feel you paid for it in other ways here it wasn’t what I expected of a Westin
−Breakfast for hotel guests was a min 30 min wait after a long line to be told that’s which with kids is frustrating, then the cafe option was another long wait. Never had to line up for breakfast for so long as a hotel I’m staying at. No concerts to help us with luggage stroller etc with 2 kids after an international flight. No one came to the uber, we managed it all ourselves . Questions were never answered via booking.com messages. Hotel shower water temp couldn’t be controlled if was either boiling hot or cold. Which with children again is very difficult. Room looked out at a concrete wall. Just overall very disappointing and wish we had paid the extra for the Disney hotels

“Would go back.”
+Close to Disney, pretty, clean
−I left something in frig. Went back to room 15 minutes later and the room hasn’t been cleaned but the bottle was gone

“Great property but it fell short on the management side of things.”
+Beautiful property. The service staff were exceptional, especially housekeeping.
−We were not made aware (in advance or at checkin) about construction in the unit directly above us from 9 am until 6 pm daily. We’re talking impact drills and power saws. We were told (after two days of settling in) that we could be moved but we had completely unpacked, brought in groceries and made the room our own. It was simply too late. We were never offered any other assistance or true understanding beyond “you can move”. This is supposedly a high end property and feel like we deserved better.

“Beautiful hotel and great location, but our initial room cleanliness issues put a damper on an otherwise special family”
+The hotel itself is beautiful, in a great location, and very convenient for Disneyland. I also appreciated that after bringing our concerns to the staff, they did eventually move us to another room and were kind about wanting us to feel comfortable.
−Unfortunately, the cleanliness of our original room was concerning. We found multiple stains and blood stain trails on the bedding/mattress covers areas of both beds, which made me uncomfortable enough that I contacted the hotel and asked for the room to be inspected they did change it however.. they did not change the part that was stained, which was the mattress cover. We were eventually moved to another room, which I appreciated, but it added a lot of unnecessary stress at the beginning of a family trip we had really been looking forward to. For a hotel at this price point and reputation, I expected the room and bedding to feel thoroughly clean and inspected before check-in. I’m sharing this because I would want another guest to know what our experience was. The management did comp us for breakfast the next morning.

“Loved our stay and will definitely be back!”
+Great location, beautiful hotel and staff were so friendly and helpful
−The only downside if you can call it that, is that I wish the pool and pool area was bigger

“Stunning, clean hotel with great staff, would pay for a resort view!”
+The location was fantastic, it was nice and clean.
−We had a room that overlooked a logistics yard. Trucks arriving early in the morning and late in the evening. Wish we had paid for a resort view! Very busy around the pool and we couldn’t get beds.
