“fitted the bill, exactly what we wanted.”
+Perfect location, walking distance of the town but very quiet. Plenty of room to park and a warm welcome from the owner who spent time talking to us. Good breakfast especially the porridge.
−The on suite was very small and compact.

+The location was great, just 12 minutes walk to the beachfront. The room was a very good size, lovely decorated, and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and up to a higher standard. The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked. The room's own entrance was an added bonus. We asked to leave the car in the car park after checking out for a walk and there was no issue with that. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend the place.

“Warm and welcoming stay in Torquay.”
+We arrived an hour earlier than expected, we rang the bell and the Guest House owner Lee was very accommodating and was happy to let us in early as our room was ready. He was very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay nothing was too much trouble. The room was large, very clean and airy with an excellent ensuite. Parking was available at the front of the property and it was a 10 minute walk to the seafront so it was a good location and set on a relatively quiet road. We had a lovely stay!
−There was nothing we didn't like it was exactly as described.

“10/10 - fantastic bed-and-breakfast”
+Everything was fantastic - plenty of private parking, friendly staff, massive impressive room with an enormous bathroom, which was all spotless and had everything you could possibly need. Lovely breakfast too! Very close to the seafront but nice and quiet road. I will definitely be back.
−The mattress was a little too hard for my taste. (I do like a soft mattress), but that’s not really the properties fault! Can’t please everyone with mattress softness!
