+I like that staff were more accommodating with the move in time and responding to my queries.
−I informed the owner on multiple occasions that the bathrooms and common areas needed cleaning. They acknowledged this but nothing was done, mind you we were there for approximately 2 weeks and did not see any cleaners. To make it worse, they asked us to send pictures to show how bad the situation was, which I found quite disappointing. It's not unreasonable for cleaning to be done once in a while, especially this being a shared accomodation. The second room we occupied, unfortunately, had a horrible smell and we did not see the point of asking for this to be addressed since initial requests had been downplayed..

“Don't recommend”
+Location was good, parking nearby, staff replied quickly when messaged, comfy bed.
−Shared kitchen was dirty with bins overflowing. Main problem was the other guests. We travelled as two 18 year old girls. Everyone else there was men who were at least mid to late 20s. They would not leave us alone in the shared spaces even when we made it obvious we did not want a chat. The rooms had a code on the door, we had an incident with a very drunk man who followed me about the place and stood right behind me when putting the code in so therefore did not feel safe at all. Everyone was very loud and drunk, constantly opening doors and walking up and down the stairs. I believe the other people made friends with eacho ther so it was sort of us against the rest. I believe something needs to change somehow for safety reasons.

“Personally wouldn’t ever do this again. Gutted we had to check out early and miss our event we paid”
+We checked out a day earlier. The other guest were slamming doors 5am-730am and shouting throughout the property we had to come out the rooms and ask them to be quiet !!!!! We was soo exhausted we had to leave and cut our trip short!! No other hotels was available in the area so we had to go home. Lost out on money , sleep and our event we booked!!
−Other guest were awful. Only had one roll of tissue for a whole weekend stay. Spiderwebs all in the bathroom. Blinds hanging off and stains all over the carpet. Also a hole in the wall in one of the rooms we booked.

“Door code difficulties, but the place was clean with good facilities and in a good location.”
+The location was good for me as close to family. It is also good for local facilities, retail, supermarkets, restaurants etc. And not too for from some nice suburban walking areas. Basically great facilities close by. Also not too far to Northampton centre. The room was spacious and clean. We also had a fridge in our room and a fridge was available for every room in the kitchen. There was a shared kitchen with all modern facilities that could be used. Also a nice patio area with table and chairs. The internet wifi worked well.
−At nearly sixty years of age, it was a long trek for me up to my room on the third floor. It was probably fine for most of the guests as they were all younger than me. Upon arrival, i struggled to operate the door code to get in. The numbers need to be pressed quite hard and no one told me you also have to press the # key. I then had further issues and had to phone the help desk several times to get me in. It was this issue that made me feel uncomfortable. As i pointed out to staff, i don't always carry a phone, so if i was locked out, there would have been no way of getting in. I did hear another guest on the phone having similar door code issues that i experienced.

“Traveled across the world, this is the worst place I have ever staid.”
+It was the cheapest room within the Northampton and Oxfordshire area
−Felt more like a hostel / HMO house. Lots of activity across the house, especially at night time around the hours of 11pm - 2am, walls are thin and you can hear all activity in other rooms. I couldn’t access my fridge, the cupboard assigned to my room was full of other people’s food. The property management are non existent, can’t answer requests or even provide an invoice.

“I left a day before my checkout date. Could not stand the filth anymore”
+It was affordable but you get what you pay for I guess
−The designated refrigerator for the room was full of other people’s stuff. Had nowhere to store my food. When i complained I was told to use the communal fridge which down not exist. The shared bathroom on the top floor was filthy. Plug hole was blocked with hair. This was reported and ignored.

“Gut aber nicht nochmals”
+Die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich
−Küche ist sehr schmuddelig, es fehlen saubere Küchentücher und gibt kaum Besteck. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im obersten Stock und es gibt da krine klimaanlage. Die Hitze war wirklich sehr belastend
