“Gorgeous hotel, lovely staff and great location”
+We loved the location next to lots of great eateries and boutiques. The rooms were large bright and airy. The staff were welcoming and the property was clean
−We didn’t like the bathroom, the bath had an overhead shower which caused water to fill the floor so you had to sit in the bath to avoid causing issues. The bed was too firm for both of us.

“Perfect stay, wouldn’t change a thing and 1000% recommended! Great location, amazing rooms, and cutest staff.”
+Everything! The location is PERFECT. It has so many cute shops around it, it’s quiet yet trendy. The rooms are spacious and so clean, and equipped with everything one could need. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. So so sweet! They helped us a lot to find nearby exchange places, transportation, even accommodated to our early check in and late check out 💙
−Honestly it was perfect. I wouldn’t even look elsewhere next time I come and will recommend it to anyone I know is visiting Lisbon.

“If i visit lisbon i will stay in the same hotel 👍🏻”
+Very comfortable, the stuff friendly, very safety , we forgot our appointment open door for few hours and when we arrived everything is there and no one entered!! Thanks tor everything.
−The only trouble we faced was the shower had no wall or curtain, so whenever we showered.. the splashes of water would fill the toilet floor.

+The location was wonderful and rooms were spacious. The staff is exceptional, from the desk, concierge service, bar tending, and the manager - the team is personable, professional, and catered to every possible need. Couldnt have been nicer.

“It was amazing!!”
+We were greeted by Joao who was amazing, making sure we had everything we needed for the most comfortable stay. Touring our apt with us and even went above and beyond offering us the best places to eat. Joao made our reservations, giving us the time to settle in and get ready for our outings. I would highly recommend The Verse as it’s in walking distance to plenty of sights and just a short taxi away from the tourist areas!
−I feel my experience there met all my expectations. 😊

+The apartment was large and pleasant to stay in, it’s in an area with great coffee shops and bakeries.
−There are no details in the flat about the facilities - hot water was restricted but no one told us so my husband had a cold shower. They told us it was to save energy afterwards- a bit late really. The noise in our apartment when we arrived was from reception where the music was pounding. The bathroom is the size of a postage stamp. A lot of money and it didn’t feel quite up to the price tag.
