+The apartment is located pretty close to the city center and there is a bus stop in front of the apartment. Unfortunately, that’s all since we arrived at the apartment and basically immediately left it due to various issues encountered.
−The pictures that we saw on booking do not show the real estate of the things. The room is very small without natural light and with no possibility to open the window. We were aware about the shared bathroom, kitchen etc. but the smell here was terrible and not so clean. This neighbourhood did not seem safe at all. In addition, the fact that our key was waiting for us in the window actually, made me worry a lot, because someone could easily take this key, make a copy and have access to our room. Even if this neighbourhood was safer, this is not the way to share the keys for the apartment anyway. Please note that the check-in lasts only 1 hour (from 14:30 to 15:30) and even if you notify the landlord in advance about your arrival out of these hours, it’s not guaranteed that someone could meet you with a key and there is no secure box outside of the apartment. Said that, it is not worth money we paid so we asked for the full refund that was rejected by the landlord even though we didn’t pass even one night in this place and booked last minute a different place, spending for sure much more that we could have spent having booked it earlier.

+Really good value for money. It’s a simple place, nothing fancy, but it’s spotlessly clean, the bed is very comfortable and the area is quiet and safe. For the price, I think it’s a great option if you’re staying in Valencia.

−CAUTION: The host agreed to exchange the keys at the time we proposed (21:30). What she did was leave them on the street, at the reach of anyone to copy them. We complained, received a refund and left early. Anyone may have access to the rooms at this point if they don’t change the locks. The pictures do not show the real state of the place, it does not have any real windows or natural light (see photos). The building is not the one in the photos either (look at the photo for the actual one) No air conditioning or any real windows to add ventilation. The shower and the sink were loose. At least one water bottle was open already. The neighbourhood is not the best either. It is an old commercial space where someone decided to cram as many rooms as possible while spending as little as they could. This should not be legal nor allowed on booking.

+Alojamiento sencillo, cómodo y a buen precio. Bien situado, en una avenida con muchos comercios y buenas conexiones de autobús. Una opción recomendable.

−Dudo si cumple habitabilidad. El precio muy excesivo con lo que se ofrece, con baño fuera del cuarto, compartido con desconocidos. No voy a volver.

+La cama era cómoda y la atención por parte de Irlanda fue fantástica, se preocupo en todo momento por ver cuándo llegamos.
−Cuando nos levantamos por la mañana, la taza tenía una pisada marcada y al abrir la tapa, sorpresa, estaba toda meada. Esto no es culpa del alojamiento, ni del personal, pero te deja con un mal sabor de boca. La alfombrilla del baño va pidiendo un cambio también.

+Прекрасное местоположение рядом остановка, супермаркет и много кафе
−Это не отель, как мы полгали ошибочно по фото и описанию на букинге. Это очень странная четырёхкомнатная квартира, где 3 комнаты закрываются на ключ и сдаются. Мы не предполагали, что будет общий унитаз с другими мужчинами, один из которых будет мочиться прямо на него. Но больше всего меня напугали огромные тараканы. Одного утром убили соседи на кухне, а второй пришёл прямо к моей кровати ночью, и у меня сучилась истерика

+De betrokkenheid van de host. Doordat het helemaal los ging met de regen moesten we halsoverkop verhuizen, aangezien er geen beschikbare plek meer was in de b&b mochten bij de host zelf overnachten. Volgende dag koffie en croissant. We verhuisden voor de 2de nacht naar een andere locatie. Eigenlijk een upgrade van de oorspronkelijke. Heerlijk genoten van Valencia (verblijf, host, de stad, de fietstour en het eten en drinken).

+L'ambiente era pulito e la host molto gentile. Ci ha fornito anche le bici per girare la città, molto comode perché è fornita di piste ciclabili e in 10 minuti si arriva in centro
−Quando ho prenotato cercavo una camera con angolo cottura condiviso per preparare la cplazione e consumare un pasto veloce. In realtà ho trovato solo frigo, tostapane e la macchinetta del caffè. Non c'è la possibilità di cuocere nemmeno un uovo. Forse la comunicazione sul sito non era chiara (poi nell'angolo cottura era presente una cappa ma nessun fornello, non so se era ancora in fase di sistemazione). In realtà poi non era un vero appartamento con le camere ma probabilmente un ex ufficio riadattato, quindi a piano marciapiede e lo spazio comune non aveva un tavolo su cui poter fare la colazione ma si poteva usate solo una mensola e due sgabelli fronte muro (con 4 stanze disponibili). La host lo stava ancora sistemando e migliorando però sicuramente non vale i 90 euro pagati a notte per 2 persone.
