“Nice stay made perfect by evening meal from Indian rest”
+Nice room, clean and everything you need. Plug sockets nearer to the mirror would be more useful than under tv? Overall, nice stay but the massive bonus for us was the Indian food on site, absolutely 💯 perfect, delicious 😋 made our stay. Thankyou.
−Curtains hanging off hooks is a pet hate and a shame because they are such good quality.

“A bit disappointing”
+The room was large and warm, the staff were friendly and helpful
−The water in the bathroom had no pressure, I wasn’t able to shower properly, the shower screen was falling apart, the walls were thin and I could hear the people in the next room very clearly

“The stay was pleasant enough apart from the shower situation.”
+I was in room 15 and had a good nights sleep in a comfy bed. They do a simple but good breakfast buffet. This hotel has frequent bus routes running nearby and its only a 10minute walk to Eastcote station.
−I was in room 15 and in the interests of safety, this room should not be offered to elderly persons, because the shower is in the bath and elderly people have problems climbing over the side of the bath and to make matters worse there are only handles on the bath and no rails on the wall for support. I nearly had a nasty accident. I know some other rooms have shower cabins, which for the elderly would be better, providing the step in and out is not high and there is a rail to grab on to for support. I think the cleaner of room 15 should have reported to maintainance about the loose shower head which is almost unusable as an overhead shower. I didn't like the opaque glass windows in the room.

“A short and pleasant stay apart from the above shower problems”
+bed and the breakfast were fine
−Wish that somebody tightened up the shower fixture to stop it flopping about and spraying everywhere. That the windows were whitewashed over. As an elderly person there was no handrail on the wall (only on the bathtub itself). Always a problem when one puts the shower in the bath. I nearly had a nasty fall.

“Loved the antiquity of the building and the location.”
+I loved the old Tudor details. Dark beans
−Cheap furniture in the room. Shower over the bath did not feel safe
