“Mixed experience - large clean apartment but serious problems with the facilities”
+Apartment was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. The AC works well and the blackout shutter makes for a good night's sleep. Room is large and has a lot of storage.
−The toilet situation is crazy! I've not seen anything like it before. I have attached a photo. It is in such a small space that it is not accessible to taller people or people with mobility issues. I believe people should be aware of this before booking. I also paid extra for a garden view, but the garden is currently a construction site. The shower was good, but there was little hot water.

+Location was great! Close to the centre and the train station.
−The room was smaller than it looked in the pictures and it was quite old. No fridge in then room just a tiny one in the hallway- for all 3 rooms. Shower has mould and after a few days the drains started to smell.

+Location is great ,only 3mins to train station and very accessible to various bus station.
−The housekeeping was not done properly. When I checked in, I still dealt saw there was a used contact lens attached on one of the hotel provided shampoo bottle on the sink counter top. Kettle, coffee machine and fridge are in common area, not inside the room. No coffee was available on my day 1 morning.

“Like staying in an overpriced youth hostel. Do not book this place.”

−Check-in was unacceptably difficult. Property had only given me a phone number to call to arrange delivery of the key. I wasn't given a code for the key box. I called the number numerous times. Sent a message via Booking. Called number of other location in the building across the hall (Bari Rooms). Owner answered promptly and apologized that he had no info for Train Suites. After nearly two hours, I was looking for hotels online and heard noises inside the unit. I buzzed and buzzed the doorbell. Another guest answered the door and told me he'd been given a code on AirBnB. I told him I had no code. Then he said he had the owner's cell. He texted the owner and called him for me. The owner answered this number, which was not the number I'd received in my message. He gave me the code over the phone--something he should have given me in the message from Booking.com. Then he immediately said I had to pay the city tax of 6 euros and berated me for not having an WhatsApp account. His colleague texted me on my Italian number and nagged about this. No apologies for their failure to give me the code in advance or the number that the owner answered. To make matters worse, the owner told me my

−- zona plina de boschetari - camera a fost foarte mica, pat neconfortabil - galagie din partea celorlalti oameni cazati -galagie de afara (jos fiind o zona pietonala) - apa de la baie a fost rece, baia este mica - am avut probleme cu wifi-ul, nu functiona -galagie, prea multa galagie! -pozele difera de realitate - pt luna octombrie cand este frig, am avut doar un cearceaf cu care sa ne invelim - 2 prosoape la 2 oameni timp de 6 zile A fost un cosmar sa dormi la Train suites

“Lindo departamento cerca de la estacion”
+El departamento esta muy bien ubicado. Cerca de la terminal de trenes y buses por lo que queda super comodo para llegar dejar las valijas y salir a pasear. Desde ahi se pasa por una plaza muy linda y una peatonal para llegar a Bari Vecchia, asi que es ideal.
