+A cosy barn in a gorgeous location. Great base to explore the Chilterns hills.
−The photos look like you have plenty of gardens to explore but these belong to the house. It didn’t impact our stay though

+Loved the decor . Loved the horses. Lovely secluded area. Nice and warm heaters kick out some heat. Bathroom was beautiful
−Bring your own induction frying pan if you are gonna cook. Dishwasher doesn't close, so there were dirty cups in there from previous stay. Towels were small and not great. TV was very small Very untidy behind the barn where the seating area is, Not as well maintained as pictures show. Tap in the kitchen turns on when you run a bath leaked me out lol.

“Filthy”
+Beautiful surroundings. The barn had a lot of character and the horses next to it were very friendly.
−On closer inspection, the property was filthy. Crockery had food residue on it, there were cobwebs everywhere and every single towel in the bathroom had brown stains on it! They were not freshly washed. They felt limp rather than fresh and were creased. The carpeted area by the door was full of hair. The pillows were flat as a pancake resulting in a poor nights sleep. No milk available. There was coffee and tea but no milk to actually make a drink. I paid £381 for 3 nights and I left after the first because I felt dirty, especially after having to dry myself on dirty towels. Hair in the bath which I didn’t see until I was in it (NOT mine) Dead insects squashed on the inside of the roller blind. No privacy in the living area as there are no curtains or blinds. And to top it off, I was refunded just £57 - absolute waste of money! It could be a beautiful property if pride was taken!

“Beautiful quiet location 10 mins from Thame”
+Beautiful location extremely quiet with lovely strolls from the door. There are horses and dogs on the site so great for animal lovers.
−It was 30 degrees while we were staying…no one’s fault but extremely difficult to stay cool even with the fan provided We didn’t meet the owners as they were away on arrival

“Peaceful and secluded”
+This was our second stay here as we loved it so much the first time. A really beautiful barn that's so comfortable and the location is remote, private and secluded. The host Laura was really helpful and is quick to respond if you need anything.
