“Do not recommend”
−We booked for arrival between 6:00 and 7:00 PM and arrived at 6:30 PM (well within reception hours). Because we lacked cell service while traveling to Mindo, we messaged them on Booking.com upon arrival to say we were waiting at reception. After receiving no reply for 30 minutes, we messaged again, then tried WhatsApp. We only got an automated AI reply claiming someone would be there shortly, but no one ever arrived. An existing guest eventually told us he had waited 2.5 hours when he arrived earlier. He called the property, and staff asked him to check if a room was even ready for us, though he obviously couldn't process our check-in or payment. Realizing no actual staff were coming, we left to find alternative lodging. I cannot recommend staying here.

“Dishonest!!”
+It's exactly how it looks in the photos, the room I stayed in was nice, bed comfortable, kitchen well equipped and the place was kept clean. The property was nice, I can't fault that. it's cheap for a private room and close to town.
−I booked and paid for 4 nights, within a few hours of arriving I realised I had made a mistake and asked if I could cancel the last night that I had booked. They said that was fine and they would give me a refund.. great! A couple of days later when I asked for the refund, they changed their mind and said they would not refund me!! I asked to speak to the manager, they declined this. They basically said there was nothing I could do about it, I wasn't getting a refund. So I ended up paying for 2 accomodations for this night. I was not happy! The problem with the accommodation is that the walls are so thin, you can hear everything. I could hear the man bellow me snoring! Also I stayed during the weekend and could hear everything from the town. I could hardly sleep on Saturday night from the music and noise past 3am! On a weekday it's much quieter. Also, I had a view of the football pitch from my window, you get noise from that too. It's not a place to stay if you want to be immersed in nature, there's no garden or outdoor seating area and the view from the window is of the football pitch.

“Basic but pleasant enough”
+The location opposite the stadium was away from the central street's noise but close enough to easily walk to the bus, restaurants and meeting points for trips. The shared kitchen and fridge was handy for making own breakfast and sandwiches for lunch. Grateful for early checkin.
−The shower provided no more than 2mins of hot water - not enough for a hairwash after river-adventuring. Pets are allowed so we had a dog in the room next door bark incessantly for 3 hours while the guests went out. Not at all relaxing! There is no mesh on the bedroom window so bugs come in at night.

+Un lugar muy tranquilo, que ponía facilidad para las actividades como el paseo nocturno y demás, con camas bastante cómodas y espacio en la habitación. Mi hermano y yo estuvimos bastante bien
−La ducha de mis padres tenía moho en la cortina y eso debería estar limpio o haberse cambiado la cortina, la verdad, no me parece tan complicado revisar las habitaciones y los baños antes de dejarlas listas

“Pour un séjour très court c’est bien sinon je recommande pas”
+L’emplacement est idéale, l’hôtel est très jolie
−Pas d’eau chaude; de nombreuses bêtes dans notre chambre, et l’isolation reste à revoir.. ( on vivait clairement avec nos voisins pour le moindre bruit )
