“Amazing place to be, we love it.”
+We really love the tranquility and the nature around the hotel,the place was very pleasant & cozy, we were able to use the kitchen and that was very appreciated. The staff was extremely friendly with us and very helpful, the breakfast was delicious. We definitely will comeback soon, highly recommend.

“Great place - communication to be improved.”
+Nice rooms surrounded by nature and a good breakfast.
−While the property itself is very nice, the customer service was disappointing. The room we originally booked (through booking platform) was no longer available when we arrived, so we were downgraded while still paying the same price. Instead of the 30 m² room we had reserved, we were given a much smaller room (around 10 m²), located farther from the center, with the shower outside the room. What was most disappointing was not only the downgrade itself, but also the way it was handled. The communication and overall professionalism left a lot to be desired, and no effort was made to adequately address the situation. Although the property has many positive qualities, this experience significantly reduced our enjoyment of the stay. I hope the management improves the way they handle situations like this in the future, as the property has great potential.

“Hotel tranquilo, con excelente atencion pero con el check-out muy corto”
+La atencion de Rubby fue excelente, sin embargo considero que el Hotel no esta en la mejor ubicacion de Mindo, ademas el check-out es a las 10am cuando te vas por descanso es demasiado temprano para un check-out porque no te da tiempo para hacer actividades en la mañana y regresar por las maletas... tienes que salir con las maletas inmediatamente despues de desayunar... eso no me gusto.

+Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y tranquilas, la señorita Rudy estuvo siempre muy atenta a lo que necesitábamos.
−Es la segunda vez que voy y me gustó más la habitación del año anterior. El.menu del desayuno debe mejorar.

“Paseo de feriado con mascotas”
+La atención, la comida y limpieza estuvieron de altura. Estuvieron atentos a nuestras solicitudes y supieron indicar información adicional de actividades en Mindo. Excelente experiencia y el lugar es muy acogedor. Atendieron y estuvieron muy abiertos al trato con mis mascotas.

“Mala experiencia”
+El desayuno estuvo muy bien
−Nuestra estadía fue incómoda desde que llegamos no tenían agua ni luz no podíamos realizar el pago ya que no había señal ni había wifi, pedí nos cobren después que tengamos servicio pero insistieron compartieron datos y se hiso la transferencia ya que no servía el link para pago con tarjeta, nos vendieron un tour y al regresar en la noche el inconveniente continuaba, pedimos que nos reubiquen o nos devuelvan el dinero ya que al estar en un lugar solitario todo era oscuridad total, ya habían pasado 7 horas desde que salimos, comunicarse con la administradora era imposible cuando lo logramos no quiso darnos solución y dijo que era un problema de la empresa eléctrica, el staff trató de ayudar pero no podían hacer nada ante la negativa de la administración tanto nosotros como los demás huéspedes exigimos atención al caso que salía de nuestras manos, pero no hubo respuesta ya casi a las 9 de la noche vino los servicios al siguiente día el mismo problema ni agua ni luz no podíamos ni asearnos En el lugar se oye todo de un espacio a otro el baño era fuera de la habitación lo que parecía baño compartido
