“The staff was so unprofessional and unwelcoming. The lady had a real bad attitude.”
+The location was good and motel was as expected what shown.
−The lady who checked us in was so unprofessional and unwelcoming. Upon our arrival we were not greeted and her tone of voice was so different while talking to us. I felt I was going through a kind of racism towards Asians. She was so unpleasant that I wanted to use my different card, on that she was giving out some wierd expressions, and she was keeping eye on one of our guys and making some wired faces. I truly believe if people are getting paid, they are liable to do their job, it’s that easy, May be she might be having a hard night, totally understandable, but because of her actions someone else day would get ruined. It would be great, if the manager or the owners give her customer care service sessions. She truly needs that. Apart form that the motel was good as shown, all the services were provided. Location was good and safe.

“Very disappointing experience that cost way more then it was worth.”
+It is conveniently located, and the lady in the office at check-in was pleasant.
−Stains on the floor, leaky bathtub faucet, long wait for hot water combined with a very slow drain meant you stood in cold water half way up your shin during the shower in a room where tiles were falling off the wall.

“It was nice.”
+The front desk person was very helpful and polite. Liked having the space.
−Bedroom needed nightstands on both sides with lights. Think of readers, hard to read with only the overhead light. Bathroom needs more towel hooks

“Only stayed because I would have lost two nights lodging.”
+Tv worked. WiFi cut out
−Bathroom should be gutted!!! Stains on floor. Baseboard missing in part. Rip in floor. Creeking in floor and buckles when you walk on it along with shoes sticking. Stain in tub. Wouldn't walk barefoot I the bathroom nor would I take a shower. Many cords and extensions in main room. Wobbly table

“Convenient, clean, quiet, parking. My stay was fine.”
+I didn't have the breakfast.
−There was no reading lamp in the room. There was one nightstand, but no lamp, just the ultra bright ceiling light. I asked at the desk if there was a lamp I could use. The desk clerk said unfortunately they had no reading lamps. One would have been nice. I've never stayed in a motel that did not have a reading lamp.

+The hotel was very over priced. The carpet was filthy. The beds were very old, uncomfortable and lumpy. Rusty around the toilet. To high priced for as poorly maintained as it was

“Staff at check in and check out was good. Probably wouldn't stay here again.”
+The location was good. Close to dining and scenery was nice.
−Hotel was very old. Bathroom was not in good shape. Carpet needs to be replaced. For the price our expectation was higher.

“Not very enjoyable”
+Location
−No electrical outlets on either side of bed, so no lamps or charging of phones. Lighting in room was terrible. When showering water changed temperature extremely from hot to cold. Bathroom was 24sqft and toilet was so short that it was hard to get up off of. Room was old and outdated, not a good value at all.
