“Really good !”
+We had a very good experience staying here. We believe we had one of the larger rooms, with a main bedroom with a double bed and a second space with a sofa bed. Since there were only two of us, we used only the main bedroom. The location is excellent, right in the historic and central area of Split. It is a wonderful location for exploring the city, with everything very close by. The room itself is very good: spacious, comfortable, well organized, and with plenty of room. The bathroom is also spacious and well ventilated. Overall, everything was very comfortable and pleasant. We had also read some previous reviews mentioning the windows and street noise. We were happy to find that the windows are now soundproofed, and we could barely hear any noise from the street. The room is also very dark at night, which made it easy to sleep comfortably. The only suggestion we would make is to add a small refrigerator/minibar to the room, as we missed having one during our stay. There is also a little light coming from the hallway into the second sleeping area, so someone sleeping on the sofa bed might notice it. However, we did not use that space, so it was not an issue for us. Overall, we had

“Great central old town location for short stay”

−We had top floor and I am 6ft+ so was having to bend a lot due to the ceiling.

−Very disappointed with our room, as it wasn’t what the picture in booking.com showed on their website. The room had a very slopping ceiling making it not livable and functional and you would hit your head getting into and out of bed or walking around. There was a no contact with us on arrival ..had to make several calls with no answer on the phone no. provided on the booking form to speak to in how to get into our accommodation. No mention that there were 3 flights of stairs (40) steps to our room to carry 2 large suitcases with no help available. Will definitely never go back!

“Expecting more”
+I liked the location and the fact that it had a good aircondition and a nice shower.
−I didn't like they didn't have enough towels, there was no water ... just in the bathroom, no balcony, narrow stairs and most important no communication with owner ... no welcome ...nothing... just some instructions how to get in. Also no iron.

“Ubicación inmejorable”
+La ubicación es perfecta, en el medio del casco antiguo. El apartamento limpio y bonito.
−Se oyen bastante los pasos del apartamento de arriba. Escaleras hasta llegar al apartamento, q para nosostros no supuso problema pero igual para gente mayor es más complicado.
