“Lovely traditional Inn in a beautiful setting”
+The room we booked was fabulous, spacious with beautiful views and furnished to a very high standard with lovely touches, robes (but no slippers), fresh milk and nice coffee bags. We had a large bath and a shower which was lovely. It was very clean and a credit to the housekeeping staff. The hotel itself was delightful, the bar area very traditional and charming, as was the dining room.
−The food was not to the same high standard as the room, the menu sounded super but the food was disappointing. The dining room staff were a bit lacklustre and there did not seem to be anyone in charge of the dining room so the service lacked any commitment to offering a high standard to guests.

“Could have been lovely as the rooms and food were great but it lacked warmth and friendliness from the owners .”
+Our room was lovely and the younger staff we’re nice .
−The owners were not very welcoming and the dark haired woman was quite rude . Breakfast took nearly 1 hour too. The place was dead after 8 . And we didn’t feel welcome drinking bathe bottle of wine we had just bought. It felt like they wanted to go home . The whole village seemed to die at night .
