“The best option so far in Sherman Oaks area”
+The staff was really friendly all the time. The location is great and the cost according to the area and neighborhood is the best of all.
−Some rooms needs to be improved or redesigned. We had to change the original room because there was not hot water in our bathroom. The staff change it immediately.

+This was a gift for our son and girlfriend. They loved it! Everyone was very kind as well. Not only to them but to me when I called to update about their late check in. They helped to make sure it truly was a gift and everything was paid. I thought I had paid incidentals but hadn't. I paid over the phone and was able to add parking. Turns out the vehicle was too large for the lot and the took care of that with no questions. We would recommend and book again.

+the room was actually cold during a heatwave. the pool is nice and it’s a good driving location, not the best for walking but not unwalkable either.

−Byliśmy 3 noce w w tym hotelu i przez 3 noce nie było ciepłej wody! Braliśmy prysznic w lodowatej wodzie. To jakiś żart! Dodatkowo są hotelem, a nie mają takich podstawowych rzeczy w pokoju jak suszarka do włosów, która jest STANDARDEM na noclegach. Dodam, że w łazience nie ma żadnego gniazdka! Również, pobrali od nas 10 dolarów za każdą dobę za parking (czyli 30$), a wieczorami brakowało dla nas miejsca na auto. Pytają Ciebie przy meldunku czy posiadasz auto i nie spisują żadnego numeru auta. Skąd oni wiedzą kto parkuje pod hotelem? Zauważyliśmy, że sporo aut z ulicy parkowało na trenie hotelu (nawet Uber), stąd też brak miejsca na auta dla gości hotelowych. Powinni tam zamontować jakiś szlaban i zacząć nadzorować parkujące pojazdy. Ps. Dam Ci radę. Po prostu przy meldunku nie mów, że masz auto. Zaoszczędzisz w ten sposób trochę pieniędzy, a auto i tak zaparkujesz, nikt tego nie kontroluje! Daje jedną gwiazdkę więcej, z litości.
