+A comfortable bed
−Staff (barmaid) disinterested upon asked for location advice No clear hot and cold twist tap valve on the radiator (room 2), This was resolved by staff member, but should not have been requested There was no hand sink in the WC, close by room 2 No fully clear, with door signs, around the upper levels, relative to room 2 for our stay The TV was sat atop the cupboard unit, rather than mounted to its own wàll brackets

“Foodie heaven”
+Excellent food in the pub downstairs. Very comfortable bed and nice size en-suite. Spotless and very kindly let me check in a little earlier.
−Noisy people outside the window but not the fault of the establishment. Would have liked a bit more selection of movie channels on the TV but not essential.

“We were glad for Sunday to come around,”
+Nothing it was dirty run down the people staying where as if they where homeless accommodation
−The fact it wasn’t clean the toilet wasn’t clean a resident kept urinating on the one shared toilet including the floor etc the promise of a manager coming to look at our broken room lock came down to nothing

+The private room with ensuite was a good option. Nice clean room n bathroom.
−It was a bit noisy as Windows seemed not to be double glazed .It was bit disturbing from 5:30 a.m onwards in the morning as the hotel is just near bus station.

+Location to train station and size of room. Bed was comfy. Staff were friendly.
−First night fire alarm went off for over 6 hours. Residents and the fire brigade could not get hold of the member of staff who was on call. Got a refund for that nights stay though and they were hugely apologetic.
