“Worth every penny”
+Very cozy place, luke was very welcoming, excellent location, very well maintained and clean place. I highly recommend the place. Best value for money and again luke was really helpful
−Only thing that i did not notice is that check out is at 10.30am nevertheless they let us keep the luggage in hotel and we are out during the day so it was not an issue. Also they let us use the lounge area.

“We enjoyed our stay notwithstanding the above comments”
+Nice location
−We were in an attic room which served its purpose but as older guests we did not like the two flights of difficult staircases especially when we had three cases. We mentioned when leaving that one of the electric sockets was dangerous as when taking out a plug from the socket it was red hot!

“Great location with transport links”
+Great location, right beside a bus stop. Super helpful and friendly staff, complimentary shortbread - YUM! And a nice clean room in a quiet location.
−Not being able to have food in our room.

“We had a great time and would come back.”
+It is perfectly located next to a bus stop and in walking distance to the tram to the airport. Short travel time to the city center. In a quiet neighborhood. A lot of restaurants and bars in walking distance. The house is clean and nicely decorated. The rooms are cozy and perfect for a stay of 3-5 days.

“It met my requirement for a three-night stay, but I would have liked breakfast.”
+They arranged access out of normal hours. The sherry was a nice touch.
−No breakfast provided. No human contact whatsoever with hosts, all contact was via email/SMS.

+As a short stay place it met needs - older style property but clean and comfortable. Nno onsite meals, but lot's of options within 10 mins walking. Bus transport right outside which was great and free on street parking.
−As noted, older style property - particular ensuite could do with a bit of an update - at least more bench space (minor gripe only)
