“Great value guesthouse in Edinburgh, 20 minute walk to the centre”
+Staff were lovely and welcoming. There was a fridge for guest use. Kettle and tea/biscuits in the room :)

+The staff were attentive, and the room was clean. The bathroom was also clean, and it was quiet, so I had a comfortable sleep.
−The thing I didn't like about the room was that, although I naturally paid extra for a private bathroom, it wasn't actually inside the room. That was the biggest issue. Other than that, the location was also a bit far.

“very cozy, very welcoming, in a lovely quiet area.”
+the room was spacious, and they offered a cleaning service even for short stays. the toiletries were very high quality and i like that they avoided the mini containers toiletries usually come in. the staff was very friendly and they offered us tea and little treats and cafe recommendations. overall we felt very welcome!
−the skirting board needed a wipe down, as there were a few stray hairs we found upon entering. we stayed on the ground floor and the window could have been bigger and could have had a nicer view, but we didnt spend much time inside so it was ok.

+Uçağımız geciktiği için belirlediğimizden geç saatte ulaştık. Bir Çay ikramı ve çevre anlatımı yapıldı. Bir otobüsle şehrin merkezine ulaşım var daha çok dönüşde kullandık. Kahvaltı almadık odalar oldukça temizdi hergün odaya çay Kahve ve Su eklendi. Şehir hakkındaki sorularımıza doyurucu yanıtlar aldık. Sürekli Resepsiyonu yok.

+Funcionário muito simpático e pronto a ajudar.. Ofereceu-nos café e biscoitos quando fizemos o check in. O quarto dispõe de chaleira elétrica, chávenas, copos, garrafa de água de cortesia, chá, açúcar, café e leite. Também oferece champô, Amaciador de cabelo, gel de banho e creme hidratante. O quarto tem aquecimento top. Fica relativamente longe do centro da cidade mas tem um autocarro literalmente à porta do alojamento, por isso torna tudo simples.
−A limpeza poderia ser melhor. Fiquei com a ideia que as chávenas e os copos que estão no quarto (nos usámos todos os dias para beber chá e café) eram apenas passados por água em vez de serem realmente substituídos e lavados. Os copos e as chávenas estavam todos os dias molhados...e num dos dias ainda tinha um pequeno resíduo de café... Mesmo no primeiro dia que chegámos a loiça estava molhada.

+Un lieu fort agréable où séjourner si vous avez prévus de passer plusieurs jours à Edimbourg. Contrairement à ce qui est afficher, l'hôtel propose un petit déjeune complet pour la somme de 12 £ (yaourt, fruit, œufs brouillés, saumon fumé, etc.). De plus, l'hôtel est extrêmement bien desservi et proche du centre.
