+Everything, our hosts Jason and Robyn are so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The Rookery is kept so clean, the breakfast to which there is a good selection was cooked to perfection.

“Perfect for short break stay in st ives”
+Great view of sea and harbour. Room stayed cool despite heatwave. Robyn and Jason are great hosts. Location near everything without many steps or steep paths.

“Nice, original, well located place to stay.”
+We had a very nice room with a beautiful view over the harbour. The road by foot from the train station is easy enough. Jason and Robin are excellent hosts and it was a pleasure to talk to them and to receive the information we need. Very good breakfast also.

“Our great stay at The Rookery”
+Our hosts were so welcoming and kind. Bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Breakfast was good. The views from our windows were glorious and you see right across the sea and sands. Very close to the town, beach, railway station and bus stop. We hope to stay there again.

“Amazing location and super-helpful hosts made for an amazing trip to St. Ives”
+The Rookery is well placed with great views onto the harbour, close car parking and a short walk to many of St Ives shops, restaurants and beaches. Jason and Robyn were really friendly and helpful hosts who really went out of their way to feel welcome and make our trip memorable. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting St Ives stay at the Rookery!
−Everything was great, so struggling to think of something, but perhaps a bit more choice at for breakfast would be nice.
